👑🏆 THREE-PEAT NATIONAL CHAMPION! 🏆👑
What an incredible way to close out the 2026 NGA National Championships on the men’s side!

West once again proved why he’s one of the best in the nation, capturing National Championship titles on Floor, Vault, Parallel Bars, and the All-Around! 🥇🥇🥇🥇
His floor routine was nothing short of spectacular, highlighted by a huge triple tuck and an incredible tucked double-double dismount that brought the crowd to its feet. The power, precision, and confidence he displayed were simply outstanding.

Even more impressive, this marks West’s THIRD consecutive year as the Level 10 NGA National All-Around Champion! Three years at the top is a testament to his relentless work ethic, commitment to excellence, and passion for the sport.

West, you continue to raise the standard and inspire everyone around you. Your Panhandle Perfection family couldn’t be more proud of everything you’ve accomplished and the way you represent our program every time you compete.

Congratulations on an unforgettable Nationals and an incredible three-peat! The legacy continues! 💜💛🔥

What an unforgettable Nationals for our Level 3 team! This group showed up with confidence, determination, and heart, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything they accomplished.
🏆 A huge congratulations to Morfia M. and Gianna J. for becoming Vault National Champions! 🥇
🌟 Gianna had an incredible meet, capturing:
🥇 Gold on Bars
🥈 Silver on Beam
🥈 Silver All-Around
🇺🇸 Earning a spot on the NGA National Team with an outstanding 38.9 All-Around!
🌟 Morfia also had an amazing competition, not only claiming Vault gold, but also finishing with a fantastic 38.0 All-Around and proving that hard work truly pays off!
👏 So many of our Level 3 athletes achieved their highest All-Around and event scores of the season, showing just how much they’ve grown throughout the year.
💫 A special shoutout to Natalie D., who earned an incredible 9.4 on Floor Exercise—her very first 9+ floor score!
💫 And congratulations to Anu, who hit all four events and earned her first-ever 37+ All-Around, a huge milestone!
The PPG Level 3 Team finished 11th of 80 teams!
It was great to have Emilea P. join them for one last meet, despite already moving to Las Vegas.

From personal bests to podium finishes, this team was filled with amazing routines, breakthrough moments, and countless scores to celebrate. The dedication, perseverance, and teamwork these athletes have shown all season long has been inspiring.

We are beyond proud of every gymnast who stepped onto that competition floor and represented Panhandle Perfection with excellence. The future is bright for this talented group! 💜💪🤩

Bodybuilding is a journey, not a destination.
We are all beyond excited and proud for our little wellness bodybuilder friend and teammate @laurynziebart_ who just competed in her first amateur bodybuilding show ever and earned her first place overall and pro card as a natural wellness bodybuilding athlete. We are not one bit surprised that she placed so well. She has definitely given maximum effort in this first bodybuilding, competition season and shown true determination. She has such a beautiful story to share with so many others about her health journey that led her to her current success. I cannot wait for her to share her story but for now we celebrate her. It takes a true amazing coach to understand mentor, guide and lead. Our coach Kendrick is that and more. I am thankful you allowed me to be a part of your journey my friend. From one pro to another, welcome to the winner’s circle!

My little one is out there giving the leg press a go! We wrapped up our leg session with presses, extensions, and calf raises. It’s all about building a gym that’s worth the commitment and dedication!

Today was all about those quads! We focused on a quad-centric leg day workout, incorporating the hex bar on Dr. Gioia’s advice. And let me tell you, the quads were on fire! We kicked things off with a hefty scoop of that Good_Sh*t pre-workout to fuel the session.
