The Ballers Era | EPISODE 10: Built To Lead Featuring Alfred Jordan (Clark Atlanta University Men’s Basketball Head Coach)

FULL EPISODE OUT NOW ON YOUTUBE 🚨
LINK IN BIO 📌

Building a successful basketball program takes more than recruiting talent and winning games. It requires leadership, vision, accountability, and a culture that players believe in. For Alfred Jordan, leading the men’s basketball program at Clark Atlanta University is an opportunity to establish a standard that extends well beyond the hardwood.

In this episode of The Ballers Era, Coach Jordan takes us inside his journey through the game, his evolution as a coach, and the experiences that have shaped his approach to leadership. We dive into the responsibility of running a college program, the importance of establishing a winning culture, and what it takes to get players to buy into something bigger than themselves.

We also tap into the recruiting landscape, the qualities he values in prospective student athletes, and the importance of developing players both on and off the court. Jordan shares his perspective on building relationships, maintaining expectations, and preparing young men for opportunities that extend beyond basketball.

For Coach Jordan, success isn’t simply measured by what happens on the scoreboard. It’s about the foundation you establish, the people you impact, and the standard you leave behind.

Great programs aren’t just built to win. They’re built to last.
