Your inner voice matters. 🧠🏆

Change “I have to” → “I get to.”
Talk to yourself like your best coach would.
Because the way you speak to yourself shapes the way you perform.

Train your mindset like you train your body.

What keeps you going when no one is watching?

It’s bigger than the reps. Bigger than the game. Bigger than you.

Your work. Your purpose. Your impact.

👇 Drop your “why” in the comments. What drives you?

I know, awesome graphics…

Not my best strength…

THE STRETCH YOU’RE LOOKING FOR AS A HITTER

1️⃣ is NOT from front leg to back shoulder
- that’s too much organization to handle while 95 is coming at you.
- it’s more from back hip to back shoulder like the picture

2️⃣ we aren’t trying to create a bunch of space to be responsible for
- too much space takes too long to cover

3️⃣ think about a pipe, and find feel around that back side
- letting the front side be an anchor to be able to keep rotating the back side freely.

4️⃣front foot will not be in same place all of the time… so why practice that?
- 1 foot hitting (back foot) can really help this concept.
- Variations of pausing on the back side will also assist.
- Single leg strength work with different sequences and rotations
- Point foot slightly forward to exaggerate the 3D load.
