Structured training, teamwork, and athletes enjoying the process. You see athletes working together, encouraging each other, performing challenging movements, and bringing positive energy into the weight room.
AVHS SPORTS PERFORMANCE | D.R.E.

DISCIPLINE. RESPECT. EFFORT.

Three principles. One standard.

D — DISCIPLINE
Show up. Be consistent. Do the work, even when it’s challenging. Build habits that carry beyond the weight room.

R — RESPECT
Respect the weight, your body, your teammates, and your coaches. Train safely, support one another, and take pride in how you represent your team.

E — EFFORT
Bring intent to every rep, every set, and every practice. Give your best effort in everything you do.
And don’t forget to enjoy the process.
The smiles, laughter, competition, and energy are just as much a part of our culture as the work itself.
We want athletes who train hard, encourage one another, embrace challenges, and genuinely enjoy showing up.
Because developing athletes isn’t just about building strength, speed, and power. It’s about building confidence, relationships, character, and a lifelong appreciation for training.
Work hard. Have fun. Build each other up.

D.R.E. — The standard at AVHS Sports Performance.

Dublin Scioto has been a Stray Dog customer for over 15 years. Back in 2012, we installed our Fire Out Stations, wall-mounted training stations that helped lay the foundation for the ATR System we offer today.
-
In 2023, we redesigned the space with Half Racks featuring dumbbell storage behind each station. On the opposite side of the room, we installed custom ATR units combining cable training, rack uprights for attachments, and integrated storage. And this is only half of their current facility. The other side features Alpha Double Half Racks down the center of the room, along with additional Half Racks along the wall.

Bryan High School built a beautiful new Sports Performance wing in 2026 and chose the Stray Dog Crew to design and install the facility.
-
The main level features 12 lifting stations, cable machines, dumbbells and all the primary strength training equipment athletes need.
-
Upstairs, the mezzanine features a dedicated turf area for sled work, bodyweight training, conditioning and cardio equipment.
-
Two levels. One complete training facility. Built to train every sport and student.
