POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve recently moved back to KL after 7 years in the UK! These are some of my favourite sketches from my last couple of months in London. They are just snippets of the life I had there that I’m gonna miss so so much. It’s been really cool looking back at all of my old sketch books from the past of places I used to go, and people I got to meet. Thank you for the memories that I get to keep.
I’ll see you all again soon ❤️
More to come!🙏

I’d forgotten quite what an extraordinary London gem the Sir John Soane’s Museum is … so many layers. We took some overseas visitors with us yesterday.

Galleria Objets presents "Time Displaced", a group exhibition bringing together 25 artists and 32 works across painting, sculpture, photography, design, installation and film.

This will be our last exhibition at 92 Brick Lane before the space enters an extended period of renovation, the final gathering here in the form in which we have known it for more than two years.

Time Displaced begins with the feeling that time does not always remain where it happened. A place changes, a moment passes, and yet something continues beyond its original setting, carried through the people, encounters and possibilities it helped create.

The exhibition brings together distinct practices without asking them to speak through a single language. Instead, they meet within the same suspended moment: between what has already taken place and what has not yet assumed a definite form.

Before the space changes, we invite you to return once more, to encounter the works, occupy the rooms and share one final moment within them as they are now.

What came before remains with us.
What follows is still taking shape.

Not an ending, but a shift in time.

Images from Glowing Falling, a group show this weekend at @propositionstudios Gallery 3 in Bethnal Green, into which I chucked some recent etching experiments, one of which features pungent bladderwrack ink concocted by my Mum.
It was fun to fling everything together with @ni4rte and @sajilk_art (see their lovely work above), @descend_from_yr_barren_throne and @cahalpin as well as the performances which took place in the space.

There are certain objects that are very inexplicably full of meaning to me. Plastic chairs. Watercoolers. Rolling pins. Whenever i paint one of them its a bit of a winner for me. This is a watercolour painting from may 2024 i made for a duo exhibition called Orbit (from the kitchen to my room). Me and @ni4rte were thinking about many things we still think about now. Should i explore this composition again? Should i layer oil paint on top of this watercolour? Is it flat? Is that good? Many questions.

This is one of the drawings I most enjoyed making during The Drawing Year which has now come to an end

It's been incredible spending so much time drawing with @royaldrawingschool on this course and to see the fantastic works that have come from it created by everyone in @rdsdrawingyear2025. These are just some of the amazing artworks of our class that have been on show the last couple weeks. Every single person is so unique and inspiring ❤️

Also grateful to have been awarded The Jack Goldhill Drawing Prize by the school at the end of this looong year 🌟
