Where it started. 🎬 This is a moment from the set of Rites, our very first short film, directed by Alizae Ivette. A small room, a camera, and a whole lot of faith. Since then, we’ve made three short films. The Locker makes four, Coming Soon...❤️ We started with one idea: artists should be allowed to be more than one thing. Writers directing, actors producing, and everyone creating around the chaos of everyday life. Every short has been proof that it works. And we’re just getting started. Next up: more stories from BIPOC artists and women, more proof-of-concept shoots, coaching, and a growing community of artists who refuse to wait for permission. Thank you to everyone who has acted, written, crewed, shared, and believed in us from the beginning. We couldn’t have done it without you. Here’s to what’s next. Faith prevails. ✨ #AGreyProductions #Rites #TheLocker #FaithPrevails #MoreThanOneThing #IndieFilm #BehindTheScenes #ShortFilm #NYCCreatives #BIPOCCreatives

WOW 😍 My first short film was selected to be in a screening for @thegreatfilmclub in NYC! This short was the first iteration of what has now become @a.greyproductions. Thanks to our small but mighty team @nialatriese @alizae.ivette @jourdanalexanderdesigns and Max Shi. We created something so special that it incited the necessary fire to produce more. Now we will have our first live screening in NYC! When I say I couldn't be more proud and grateful for the opportunity and the platform that this has given Artists of Color just trying to create in a saturated industry. We will continue to produce and create work that highlights Women and or BIPOC. At A. Grey Productions artists are more than one thing. If you would like to support or attend, it is happening next Friday. Ticket link is below! https://www.eventbrite.com/e/great-films-x-open-mic-night-tickets-1997937350398?discount=GREATFILMSNY32 I'm so excited! Support your local artists❤️

Better late than never right 😅? Walking the entire #manhattan was fun but lowkey hell. Us Cali natives just HAD to do the #broadwaycitywalk to cross off our #nyc bucket list. Shoutout to my @newbalance and the @hoka on the homegrirls that got us through 👟🥵. Started at the end of the A train in Dyckman 207th st 🇩🇴 and ended at Battery Park 🗽. It took us about 10 hours because we definitely OVERLY stopped for food and drinks along this 🫣. But we love a #hotgirlwalk. Put this on your summer bucket list ASAP ☀️.
