Holy MOLY, teimlo mor lwcus! I have a stunning local male voice choir on my new track ‘Nos Calan Gaeaf’ out 25/10/24 a song that calls in the ancestors for Calan Gaeaf/ Halloween / Samhain. These men from Côr Meibion Mynydd Mawr brought me to tears all night during this evening’s record. Many were friends with Dadi. They were all so gentle and stunning. Diolch i bob un ohonoch. Chi’n griw mor hyfryd 🧡 Diolch Davinia am arwain!! And my beautiful @branwen.online for scoring the mad arrangement I made up on my own in a tiny room and recording it all with such ease. So my lovelies - I have a little bit of time to concentrate on something that is an absolute passion for me - something I have always done, and will continue to do for as long as I am able; coaching and speaking. I have had the true joy and privilege of coaching, speaking and workshopping with some of the most incredible people and groups all over the world and I know so well the benefits and impact it can have on individuals and teams. My successes are broad and I would love to talk to individuals and ethical, people focussed organisations who invest in their teams and their futures and walk them through the impact I have made and continue to make with this work. I would really appreciate a share or repost with a link to my contact details so that I can have a deeper conversation about my results with people who are looking for a speaker or coach. I specialise in building critical skills in individuals, groups and teams which nurture and encourage resilience, confidence, leadership and communication amongst many other essential attributes that help people and businesses thrive.  I do this largely in three ways * Inspirational and motivational talks for groups * Individual or group coaching sessions * Tailored workshops for teams And I can do this virtually or in real life, depending on your location and your needs.  I am privileged to have worked with tens of thousands of people from all walks of life and have supported people in some incredibly tough situations including Children in post conflict countries  Disengaged young people and adults in the UK High Profile and High Net Worth individuals  Public and private sector organisations Individuals who are struggling to overcome a particular challenge or challenges. So - please get in touch for a free 20 minute consultation to find out how I can make a difference. Love love love #coaching #wellbeing #emotionalresilience #inspirationalspeaking
