The C-Mac is back ⛈️

2nd round stoppage on Sunday night and the same knee that put me out for 10 months put my opponent out on Sunday, full circle ⭕️ 🦵

It’s been a tough last 2 and a half years dealing with multiple serious health issues and only being able to have one fight during this period and although this has kept me from fighting I’ve stayed dedicated to the game the entire time, doing the best with what I was dealing with at every turn, and I’m glad that shined through in my performance on Sunday.

Big thanks to @cian_c for dedicating so much time and effort since day dot and @advancedfitnessperformance for keeping my strength and fitness elite like always, the lads down in the gym and @michaelpaszowski for putting on the best show I’ve fought on to date. Special thanks to my other half @samiralolatrimble for her endless support couldn’t do it without you ❤️ Also thanks to CK Autos for jumping on board and sponsoring me for this fight.

So grateful to be back in the mix and this is only the start, full steam ahead let’s go ⚔️

What a return! Liam stepped back into the ring this weekend at Siam Warriors Fight Night after a year and a half out, having had to deal with multiple injuries and a tough loss last time out. He made his return against a very dangerous and unpredictable opponent in Jean Anderson Castro from SBG, and an impressive return it was. Finishing the fight in the first round with a devastating tko stoppage. Proud doesn’t even cover it. Welcome back, Liam.
He’s eager to get back in there as soon as possible so keep an eye out and hopefully we’ll have news soon.

I checked out Cork’s newest spot, SAØR, and here’s the scoop. 🥳🥳

It’s a non-alcoholic cocktail bar that’s changing the game at the Marina Market.

Big well done to @eoin__ryan on another good win up in Dublin at the weekend. That’s 3 wins back to back with two in the last two months, and hopefully lots more to come 💪🏻. Thanks to all the team for helping get Eoin ready and cornering on the day. @liam.drs @liamryanluke @samdevaney_mt @mahallhaj …and @niamh6019 for the great photos.

💯GET IT LADIES💯

We are very proud to have a growing community of strong women here at Dagda!

The ladies show up each week, punch, kick, and laugh their way to achieve a healthier body! And the progress is evident! 💪

We recognise that kickboxing is definitely not for everyone! With that said, we have experience with many people who once thought "that is not for me" or "I could never do that.". Many of those same people took the leap and fell in love with this exciting challenge!

Could this be you? 🤔
Take the leap, try something new, different and exciting!

I was in the hospital yesterday getting stitched up from the fight and got talking to the nurse about what had happened and explaining the rules for Muay Thai and I could see she struggled to understand the reason why someone would do this crazy sport so I showed her this picture and said “this is why, my team” with out having to say much more I think she understood my reasoning and understood that it’s so much more then two people just kicking to shit out of each other it’s a journey of self discovery, self discipline, showing who you are deep deep down!
It’s a way for someone like myself, a man who is a man of few words at times but in that ring I come ALIVE! I can express to the world who I am without having to say a word!

Muay Thai is Pain.
Muay Thai is Love.
Muay Thai is Life
