The way in which my mom empowers, holds, sources, clears, and gives space to a designer..with her dedication to excellence,passion, creativity, humility, precision, no-stone-unturned level of integrity and work ethic, and the incredible team behind her who are the wind beneath her sails is awe inspiring.
She’s a true legend, and embodies Mama Buddha to all of us.

Gloria Steinem
A trailblazer. An igniter. A light on the path.

Her courage helped awaken something deep within generations of women…the courage to claim our voices, our freedom, our truth, and the right to become fully who we are. To take a stand! To take up space! To rise! To take agency of ourselves, being fully self-expressed and never, ever to sell out on oneself.

Nian and I had the opportunity to create a film for her @cfda award in 2017 and it was profound honor to be apart of sharing the difference Gloria Steinem made. May the sisterhood among women always remind us to lift one another, support one another, and carry each other forward…keeping her spirit alive and honoring the legacy she helped create

She is my North. Wisdom embodied to whom I cherish for all eternity and many lives.
