A few quick pre shoot iPhone tips to help you get started with filming Instagram Reels for your business:

1. Gridlines help with visual balance - basically positioning objects & people in the frame in an aesthetic spot to make your videos look 👌

2. The FPS helps to get that crisp footage. It requires more storage though so be sure to have space available on your phone!

3. A lens wipe - seriously every little helps. Don’t forget to wipe away the dust particles the lens picked up in your pocket/ handbag before you hit record!

Save this post for next time you want to film yourself or your team, and finally happy filming!! 🎞️📸

I LOVE working Manchester Pride weekend. It’s one of my fave times of year. The people and the vibes in the city are immaculate and fun, supportive, just gorgeous and good fun ❤️ this year we’ve got a special pride menu at the cafe @nibble_nq and I’m excited to get the decs up later! 🌈

The very long awaited part nine of my favourite series is here! 🍰🍫🍪🍭

Firstly an honourable mention to the fully vegan afternoon tea at @ffarmhall - in the first and last slide - for the most delicious scones and cakes (also available at @beckhallmalham) definitely worth a visit for the most delectable food 😻

1. @compassionatekitchen_ - fully vegan bakery in Morley nr Leeds. As soon as I saw the Viennese whirl in this month's treat box I couldn't order fast enough. Yum.

2. @veg.oot - fully vegan and gluten free bakery in Scotland which does treats like french fancies (amazing), wagon wheels and Bruce Bogtrotter cake which was lush.

3. @kookiekonorwich - lush and decadent vegan treats that change weekly. The fudgy brownie roll was 10/10.

4. @nibble_nq - lovely vegan options at this lil cafe in northern quarter. Postal also available.

5. @finchbakery - this bakery is about 2 miles from me and just does the one vegan option which is this delightful brownie box. I love how inclusive they are though (super aware of allergens and completely vegetarian) and it's female owned!

6. @catnipcoffeehouse - this bakery is within @douxchatonviet in Manchester (excellent Vietnamese food) and had just one vegan bake (yuzu loaf cake) which was super moist and delicious. Their other treats look stunning so hopefully there will be more plant based options soon!

Went out with my partner last weekend, had a lovely brunch at @nibble_nq then had a browse around @afflecks_manchester with wonderfully helpful staff to get the ramp out and get me into the building 😍 went to @tokyogo.uk and picked up some lovely tops for layering and took a cheeky pic at their plushie wall 🥰 had an all round great day out 😍
