🔥 100+ POUNDS DOWN… BUT THIS IS ABOUT SO MUCH MORE THAN WEIGHT. 🔥

I didn’t just lose 100+ pounds — I gained discipline, confidence, strength, and a whole new mindset.

There were days I wanted to quit. Days when progress felt slow. Days when nobody saw the work happening behind the scenes.

But I kept showing up.

One choice. One workout. One meal. One day at a time.

💯 The scale changed, but I changed even more.

If you’re looking at your own journey wondering if you can do it, let this picture be your reminder:

YES. YOU CAN.

Don’t worry about how far you have to go. Focus on the next step. Keep going when it’s hard. Keep going when nobody is clapping. Keep going until the person in the mirror becomes the person you refused to give up on.

100+ pounds down. And I’m just getting started. 💪🏾🔥

🚨 DA DURTY — THE FINALE IS COMING 🚨

Everything’s been building to this. TJ walks free... but the block already convicted him. A rivalry that started as a schoolyard scrap turns into something a family can’t walk away from. And through it all, one man is teaching his kids a lesson the streets never gave him — even while the noise from his own past won’t stop ringing his phone.

“Disrespect don’t get met with noise. It gets met with distance.”

Loyalty has a price. Some debts don’t heal. And everything… got a timestamp. ⏱️

LOYALTY GETS TESTED. TODAY, IT GETS PROVEN.

TJ walked out of that precinct a free man. But freedom and clean aren’t the same thing — and Clock can read a lie the way he reads a debt.

Part Two of Da Durty’s second episode is here, and it’s the heart of everything this story is about: what you protect when the pressure’s real, and what it costs to keep your word when walking away would be so much easier.

This one isn’t about the hustle. It’s about the man underneath it — and the friend who has to decide whether “loyalty” is just a word, or something you choose to live by, one hard day at a time.

Four blocks. One neighborhood. A lesson that outlasts everything else this story’s about to put these characters through.

Please share, like, and comment on my new series “Da Durty” it isn’t trying to convince people that the streets are glamorous. It’s asking what happens when someone with extraordinary potential is trying to be an extraordinary father while carrying the consequences of his choices.
