I believe in touching the mound daily.

On-mound drill work, low intensity throwing & dry reps all count towards that goal.

Touching the slope daily can improve your feel dramatically.

If the majority of your reps are on flat ground or into a wall, you likely won’t see the in-game transferability you’re looking for.

The mound is our office. Spend more time on it.

Low release height. Super efficient FB w/tons of lift ✈️. Generate lots of swing & miss. Throws 4 pitches for strikes. Controls the running game. Can field his position.

Front foot down, then throw, is the feeling you want.

Allow your delivery to happen, get to a strong position at foot strike, then bring down the house.

Well timed intensity.

Stay sideways as long as possible.

Build rhythm into foot strike, get violent after. Resist early shoulder rotation, rotate late in a hallway, be patient.

Here’s a counting method to try,

2-3-4

2 peak leg lift
3 foot down
4 throw

St. Mary’s ⚾️ is the model of sustained success.

The Rams’ rout of Lodi topped off a marvelous fifth consecutive league title run. 🏆
