Want to just show my appreciation of where I am at the moment. I was going through my camera roll and realized that I’m so much happier than I was two years ago before I woke up jobless and depressed to a text by @jmoepre telling me to meet him at the studio, and that he wanted to start to manage me.

I couldn’t believe what I was reading and was in such a negative space at the time that I showed up to the studio half expecting to get scammed. But instead I was given a place to record and express myself, and the battery in my back that’s been dead for years and years finally had a little bit of juice in it. It took a while to heal and be able to create content and express myself on my own, and I’m still working on it, but the difference is night and day from the past. Even though there’s always that devil on my shoulder telling me I’m not working hard enough.

People tell me I need to vlog more but secretly I’m super shy about pulling my phone out and recording sometimes, I usually try and be in the moment, even though it seems like the opposite. I’ll try and be better about that. I hope I can paint a good picture with these videos and just say thank you to everyone that’s been a part of Solus the Happy Human’s journey up to this point. It means more than you’ll ever know.
