The last 7 days have brought me to Sayulita and back. To work events. Into the city to witness sweet love. And back home. My heart has never been fuller.

The 5 days I spent in Sayulita, Mexico was indescribable. A lot of that week I want to keep to myself. To keep that time sacred. But I also want to shout from the rooftops how grateful I am to be in a coaching cohort that holds my deepest dreams and desires and believes in me just as much as I believe in them. These women have been on my computer screen every Wednesday for the last 18 months (+ countless voice notes later). Getting to hug them and feel their energy in person was out of this world.

After a long travel day @wherelifemovesyou hosted a fabulous invite-only workout event with @barrys to celebrate their upcoming studio opening in Ardmore.

As if all that wasn’t enough, @elis_watches and I scooted down to the city to celebrate Alli and Dean’s breathtaking wedding.

My life may look “busy”
But I see it as full.
Full of
Abundance
Love
And fun.

Officially a @barrys instructor!!! I’ve always been a big believer that if you do what you love, big things will follow. But this is even bigger than I imagined — and we’re just getting started.

To say the process to get here was hard is an understatement. It challenged me mentally and physically. But what I learned about myself in the process and the friendships I made were worth every moment of self doubt.

I cannot express my absolute gratitude and love for @nicehinger , @annarobic_fitness and @thechrishudson for their support and encouragement. And literally I have no words for @lauren_stevis , @imdevinjoseph and @alexgmclaughlin who I would not have survived without. You are all icons and I am beyond lucky to get to work with and learn from you. ❤️❤️❤️

Saturday 9 AM with the strongest women and my dad in the room?? Yes please. 💪 The Kindred Collective @wherelifemovesyou hosted an exclusive pop-up workout with Barry's Boot Camp before they open their Ardmore studio at Suburban Square, and it did not disappoint.

Then came the best part. @juicepod_havertown set us up with a breakfast bar for after, and you all know how much I love Juice Pod. 🍓

Cannot wait for Barry's to officially join the neighborhood. Main Line, you're about to be so strong. 🙌🏼
