@hooked.venice @dudleymarketvenice hit up Hooked coffee shop in Venice. All drinks are meticulously crafted by barista @nicely85. I went with the signature hook Café Rico. The orange zest on the rim of the glass was a nice touch to this cinnamon and vanilla latte. Loved the vibes and coffee here at Hooked Venice.

old haunts, new hues Venice Beach on the Sigma BF @sigmaphoto recently loaned me a BF. The BF stands for beautiful foolishness. As photography transitions from my fun tactile hobby into something serious and focused, I rarely find myself wandering the boardwalk anymore. The BF motivated me to get out and shoot, just for fun. I woke up at 4:30 am determined to experience the familiar sunrise with a new pair of glasses. The Sigma BF exceeded my expectations. The shooting experience took some getting used to but I eventually futz myself into an aperture priority mode with a combined AF + MF settings. That’s when the magic happened. It brought me back to my roots of shooting just to shoot. Living in the moment, connecting with the locals, playing with colors not settings. The Sigma BF, the 35mm f2, the 90mm f2.8, and the T&O color profile make for one hell of a kit. Beautiful, foolish, and fun. Thank you @sigmaphoto.

Meet the Cafe Rico 🍊☕️ Created by 3 time Latte Art World Champion @nicely85 , this delicious coffee is an elevated take on a cortado. It brings together espresso, vanilla, velvety steamed breve, a zest of orange aromatics, and a delicate dusting of cinnamon. A beautiful balance of warmth, richness, and bright citrus, capturing the flavors of fall in every sip. #konacoffee #konacoffeeperveyors #cortado #kona #coffee
