After a few days to finally recuperate, we just wanted to take a moment to say a proper thank you 🫶🏼

Our first BWN Coffee Convention 🥹

Being given the opportunity to be part of CoffeeCon an event that has been such a well-known and loved part of Brunei’s coffee scene for so many years honestly feels so surreal. To have Matchi be picked to be part of it is something we’re incredibly grateful for and we truly don’t take the opportunity for granted 🥺

A huge thank you to @bigbwnproject for believing in us and giving us the chance to be part of something so special 🫶🏼 We’re so appreciative of the CoffeeCon team for all the hard work behind the scenes and for always being there to lend a helping hand throughout the event!

And of course, the biggest thank you to everyone who came by, tried Matchi, bought a cup (or came back for another 🥹) and showed us so much love and support. It was honestly so lovely seeing new faces but also seeing familiar ones come back for more, those little moments mean more to us than you know 💚

We’re still taking it all in and feeling incredibly thankful that we got to experience this. Thank you for welcoming Matchi into the CoffeeCon family 🥹

Here’s to hopefully being part of the next one! 🍵🫶🏼

With so much gratitude,
Matchi 🤍

The countdown is on!🤩 The BWN Coffee Convention 2026 is ready to take over the Sports Hub, Stadium Hassanal Bolkiah from 2-4 October 2026. In partnership with @kkbs_brunei, we will be bringing together coffee lovers, foodies, entrepreneurs, and creatives for three days of community, connection, and of course, lots of coffee!🤩🤯

👉 Swipe right to discover who’s brewing and cooking with us; plus an amazing lineup of activities, all free of charge to the public! From live demos to fun competitions, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!🤩

☕️ The response this year has been overwhelming, and we’re grateful for the strong interest shown.🥹 While we wish we could fit everyone, to ensure comfort and quality for both vendors and visitors, we’ve carefully curated the participants. Selection was based on menu strength, alignment with the CoffeeCon theme, and on a first-come, first-served basis; ensuring a fair, balanced, and exciting mix of vendors for all.

🚗 With ample parking available and a strong push towards cashless payments via @baiduribank’s Tap2Pay, visitors can also look forward to exclusive Tap2Pay CoffeeCon deals, set to be released soon.🤩

This is more than just an event. It’s Brunei’s coffee and community at its very best. Mark your calendars, bring your friends, and get ready to experience a weekend of flavours, stories, and connections.🫶🏽☕️

Spread the word and share the love! See you all there!✨

PS sorry couldnt tag everyone, someone please tell instagram to increase tags to 50.😭

Nice Run Club has found its rhythm in Bandar Seri Begawan, where founder Afif's vision of welcoming, social running is reshaping how the city moves together.

The crew prioritizes presence over pace and connection over competition. Their Sunday 6:15 AM ritual in Taman Jubli Perak draws runners, joggers, and walkers alike, all moving at an easy pace through familiar and new routes. After the run, brunch becomes the pulse: conversation, laughter, planning the next Sunday.

Nicefolks aren't building a leaderboard. They're building a habit of showing up, and the magic lives in that consistency. Follow @nicerun.rc to join runners who believe the best miles are the ones shared.

Alhamdulillah this far, there’s still more waiting right ahead!

I’m sharing my personal work on a post-collaboration running event between @ngupi._ and @nicerun.rc My focus leaned more on the technical and research side than the design itself, but I’m grateful to have pulled it off.

Every element shuffled back and forth online was no easy ride, especially since I left school some time ago. A lecturer once told me to contain my design because it was “too out of the box.” Guess they didn’t make it to the future with me.

Thank You so much @geekgear.bn for bring this digital silhoutte to life! With their very fine precision on stiching, varieties of fabric materials and printing is on the dot. To many more projects to be projected soon 🫡

Comment the swag! Preciate you! 🫶🏻

Pacer Collaborative Run | 18 January 2026

The Pacer Showcase Run at @impianajayacomplex successfully brought together the running community for a morning focused on performance, connection, and recovery.

Powered by @ngupi._ and @nicerun.rc , participants shared the miles, pushed their pace, and engaged in meaningful post-run conversations — complemented by quality coffee and positive community energy.

The session concluded with a Post-Recovery Talk by Head Coach of Prime Athletic Club, @daus_khan , reinforcing the importance of smart recovery as part of sustainable performance.

We thank all collaborators, participants, and supporters who contributed to making this event a success.
Run. Connect. Recover. Repeat.
