It’s finally time to share this side of my story :)

Not many Thai dancers make it into major European ballet companies.

I started as a dance student in Bangkok until 17 and then English National Ballet School —> first job with Bayerisches Staatsballett and then Opera Ballet Vlaanderen. 14 years on stages. My mom actually told me “5 years and it’s enough just come home :)” lol it just continued.

Then I became a photographer while dancing , now a Rolfer (structural integration | fascia release).
None of it was planned. It just came during this journey There’s no map for this path I made it as I went.

This is the first of many posts where I’ll share how it happened. The dream I actually had as a kid (it wasn’t what you think). The years on stage. Why I picked up a camera. Why I became a Rolfer. And what my life looks like now.
I guess I will I figure out how to tell this story.

Why I’m sharing this

I want to encourage people to keep learning, to try things they haven’t tried. I always thought ballet was it, that I’d dance forever.

And I want Thai (&young)artists who dream of the world stage to know: the path exists.

Because pushing forward starts from within 🖤

Taking care of my body has always been part of the work, and PuSh has naturally become part of my daily routine too.
Something I genuinely enjoy, believe in, and wanted to share with you!

For a hundred years, recorded sound came at you from in front. A stage, two speakers, a screen, sound as something you face, like a painting on a wall. Even with headphones, the music sat in a flat line between your ears.

But that’s not how your ears actually work. Evolution didn’t give you two of them so you could enjoy a concert. It gave you two so you could locate a snapping twig in the dark behind you, instantly, before you’d turned to look. Your brain reads the microsecond delay between one ear and the other and builds, in real time, a full three-dimensional map of everything around you. You are running the most sophisticated spatial tracking system ever made, and most audio never uses more than a sliver of it.

Here is what we didn’t expect to find.

When you take away sight, blindfold a person, lay them down, still the body, the brain doesn’t stop mapping. It can’t. That tracking system keeps running, now with nothing to track. So when sound begins to move through the dark, around the head, overhead, passing close and then away, the brain locks onto it completely. It has nothing else to hold. And in following sound it cannot see, attention stops pointing outward and turns in.

We found this almost by accident. We knew spatial audio was powerful. We did not know it was a door. But session after session, the pattern held: with the eyes covered and the sound in motion, people went somewhere. Deeper, faster, and further into themselves than the breath alone had ever taken them, the kind of state that normally costs an hour of hard hyperventilation to reach, arriving fast, and quietly.

That’s the discovery underneath all of it. Not that moving sound is impressive, though it is. That moving sound, in the dark, in a settled body, is an accelerant, a shortcut into expanded states that doesn’t ask the body to force its way there. The motion of the sound does the work the struggle used to do.

We’re still mapping how far it goes. We just know the door is real, because we keep watching people walk through it.

Munich Pride 2026 | What an amazing weekend. We felt so free, on the streets and in the clubs, simply being ourselves. So grateful to celebrate Pride with the people I love most ❤️

My personal highlight (and, as I heard from many others, too) was the terrace @clubrotesonne . It felt like everything fell into place at exactly the right moment. The vibe was unreal, so colorful, queer, joyful, and full of connection. The water fountain, the lights, the fog, the people… everything just came together perfectly. This is us 🌈

Thank you so much @holeynight and @clubrotesonne for creating such a beautiful space. Until next year 🫶🏻
