✨ Meet Lukie Lopez, our Sales Manager.

Lukie works with clients from the first conversation through the event, helping turn their ideas into something that actually works in the room.

For her, building a good relationship with the client is just as important as delivering a great event.

Outside of work, Lukie spends time with her family, works out, travels, and keeps up with what’s happening in the events industry.

Her goal is simple: take care of the client and deliver.

The best moments are usually the ones where everything just clicks.

The lighting. The music. The special effects. The production. All of it working together without taking away from the reason everyone’s there.

Thank you, Maria, for trusting Event Factor with such an important celebration.

🤝 Meet Darlin Lorenzo, our Director of Sales.

For Darlin, every event starts with understanding what the client wants and figuring out how to make it happen. She especially loves the projects that call for a little more creativity and thinking outside the box.

She’s a mom of two, a coffee lover, and an avid traveler. You’re just as likely to find her spending time with her family as you are wearing a headset behind the scenes at an activation or live show.

A lot goes into making a room feel like this. This is what it looked like when it all came together.

The work starts long before the audience arrives.

Every cue, transition and technical detail has to be ready before the room goes live.

That’s where Event Factor comes in.

Meet Michael Feria.

He started DJing at 15. What began behind a DJ booth eventually became Event Factor, and grew into the team and production company it is today.

From weddings and galas to corporate events and large-scale unique activations, Michael has spent years building Event Factor around one thing: create experiences people remember long after the event ends.

This is the first in our Meet the Team series. Over the next few weeks, we’ll introduce you to the people who make Event Factor happen.

What you see is the result.

What you don’t see is the system.
That’s where the difference is.
