In my new podcast episode, I discuss strategies for kickstarting training programs for hypermobile athletes. This population can sometimes overwhelm coaches in terms of finding actionable strategies to start out, as they have a lot of unrestrained movement. Today, I hope to clarify key competencies when starting out. You can listen to the entire podcast at the link in my bio.

This episode is brought to you by @1stphorm. Beyond the broad product line they offer, I also love 1stPhorm’s commitment to ensuring that their products are the highest quality, meeting specific NSF certified for sport standards for consistency and purity.Their Phormula-1 protein powder is the best tasting option I’ve encountered in over 20 years in the fitness industry, and they’ve got several great flavors to choose from. I also lean on their creatine monohydrate to support hard training, their collagen for joint health, and their fish oil for a variety of health benefits.

Above all, the people at 1st Phorm are top notch – and that’s a rarity in an often unethical industry. Check them out for yourself at www.1stphorm.com/cressey and get free shipping on your order of $99 or more. Additionally, they’re offering an amazing 10% more than your money back guarantee if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase. #iam1stphorm #cspfamily #hypermobility

You can buy a dowel rod for short money, but that doesn't mean it won't deliver huge results. In particular, we use PVC pipes a lot for manual resistance arm care at the elbow/forrarm//wrist. Here are five of our favorites. #cspfamily
