What an honor it was to shoot commercials for the all-new @peterboulwarelexus in Tallahassee, FL. We have nothing but immense gratitude for Peter & Kensy Boulware, Nicole, Tamara, and the rest of the team here at the dealership. I am reminded constantly at how truly amazing this industry is… the opportunities are endless and the people that make it all GO are very, very special! There’s no place I’d rather be! 🙏

Yesterday, three commercials were filmed for the #2 @kiausa dealership in the nation. Before filming even started, one thing was obvious. The entire dealership operates with a level of energy that I’ve rarely seen before. It was truly impressive. You know how some dealerships have energy, but it’s clearly fake energy? This is not the case at KIA of Covington. You could feel it in every conversation, every interaction, every person who walked through the dealership. Even down to the brief moments of coaching I witnessed amongst the staff. It’s not the kind of place you visit and think to yourself, “I wonder how they became so successful”. Stevie Wonder could see why they’re so successful. And as one of the nation’s top producers, they deserve Tier-1 creative that reflects the caliber of their brand in a way that’s impossible to forget. We’re telling unique, creative stories, connecting it to their market, and securing a concrete position in their customers’ memory. What’s the best form of branding that no one talks about? The kind that makes a buying decision feel obvious. Great advertising doesn’t convince people. It removes the need to be convinced. When your brand occupies a permanent place in someone’s mind, the buying decision becomes remarkably simple.

Super gratefu to join our friends and partners for the annual Christmas Party. Next year is going to be a big year for our clients at the @evansdealergroup Hats off to everyone who planned this amazing event. No better way to set the tone for 2026! 🚀 PS - Did you know that Jim’s Great Uncle Roy was the original manufacturer for the first ever @jeep contracted by the @usarmy ? A lot of car dealer’s roots run deep, but I don’t know if they run THAT deep.

Nick and I are so incredibly thankful that we’ve been blessed with such incredible clients and amazing employees. For 9 years we’ve grown entirely through referrals and retention, in an industry that has particularly high turnover for agencies. However, the future of our business will look different. Sure, we could continue to grow at the steady pace we have each year, but that would mean we’re accepting comfortability. Last month we decided to hire someone to manage outbound sales for the company. That someone is Jennifer Halstead. 10+ year automotive vet with a fiery passion to get the job done. Jennifer is special because we’ve worked with her for many years. She was the BDC Manager of our very first client, a position she would probably still have if our client hadn’t sold his dealership. She’s driven, dedicated, and passionate. Quite literally the perfect person for this role. Hiring for sales comes with a lot of trial and error. We are fortunate enough to have someone in our corner who knows the type of business we run, the type of work we do, and the type of passion we bring to the table when serving our clients. Jen is going to be the influence we need to expedite our growth. We will no longer be patient when it comes to our company’s growth. Our team deserves more opportunities to serve, and there are plenty of dealers across America that don’t know us but should. So begins a new chapter for AutoGrowl… LFG. 🚀

Flipping through some moments from the Dealer Profitability Summit 📸 A lot of value came from the quick convos, real insights, and honest talk about what’s actually working right now. Always wild to see how fast things are evolving. Heading back with a few ideas we’re excited to put into action 👀

Each year we invite our team members and their spouse for a night out to celebratee them as individuals, and what we have accomplished as a team. 2024 was our biggest year of trial and error to date. We tried new things, new people, new procecesses and new proctocols. We promoted some, and parted ways with others. Implemented new systems that worked very well, and some others not so much. We lost more accounts that any year in history, but it was by means of our client’s selling their businesses, not a lack of performance. 5 of them in fact. 2025 is the year we truly make a name for ourselveses. Momentum is building. We are on the cusp of widespread national recognition. We know who we are and have never been more confident about what we’re here to do. There is a very specific need in our industry and we have a very specific solution to that problem. It is our goal to be unrecognizable from our former self by the end of this year. And it will happen because our people believe in themselves. They believe they are capable of more. They believe in being great. We’ll stop at nothing to ensure that belief comes to fruition. 🚀 Because their success is our success. Not the other way around. Thank you all. 🙏
