I had the honor of being part an amazing and talented team this past year. When @taylormorgandupuis asked me to document the magic they were making, I was more than happy to!
This film is brave, gorgeous, and a wild ride! All the awards and recognition are so well deserved and I can’t wait to see how far this goes!

Tomorrow we start shooting our first feature film. 🎬

Crazy to even type that.

This has been a dream for a long time, and tomorrow it becomes real. I’m incredibly grateful for the cast and crew who have jumped into this thing with us and believed in what we’re making.

And I couldn’t be more pumped to have the insanely talented @zollingercinema behind the camera as our DP. This film is going to look incredible.

If there’s something you’ve been dreaming about doing, keep going. Keep creating. Keep taking the next step, even when you have no idea how it’s all going to come together.

Tomorrow is Day 1 of Zorrera.

Can’t believe “I’m A Winner” is about to finish the film festival circuit. Which means the short film will be online and available for everyone to watch soon!!🙌🏼

I gotta say - the festival run was mostly full of rejection emails- but ain’t nothin gonna compare to the feeling of snapping this grocery store selfie right after we wrapped.
I’m still pinching myself that I had something to submit, I’m so grateful that it got to be watched by so many screeners. And I’m extremely forever and always grateful to @nashfilmfest and @danceswithfilms for selecting it and giving me the incredible opportunity to experience the festival world for the first time.

I’ve been waiting sooooo long to share this film with all of the parents out there, especially the mamas. So when it’s out PLEASE PLEASE SHARE IT WITH ALL OF YOUR MOM FRIENDS!
I wouldn’t be surprised if all those shares cancel out the bad vibes from all those rejection emails, jussayin.💅

In the meantime, expect some chronological clips. And thank you from the bottom of my heart for being on this journey with me.🤍

Thank you so much to everyone that came out for our first public event at @homedepot last weekend! It was a joy getting to see our community show up.

We will be at the Inglewood Home Depot the first Saturday of every month for their kid workshop events. If you missed this month, bring the fam & come on out for the next one!
