Client Transformation Testimonial, the slay queen herself @nicholeluz21 Before working with Leo, I felt stuck, physically, mentally, and emotionally. My weight wasn’t moving, I wasn’t active, and my diet had no structure. I knew something needed to change. Watching my parents transform their lives with Leo inspired me to take control of my own health and mindset instead of staying stagnant. Since training with Leo, I’ve lost 15 pounds, gained strength, and my knee pain has improved significantly. Mentally, I feel more motivated and experience fewer waves of chronic depression. I’m not just functioning better, I’m feeling better. What I appreciate most about Leo’s coaching is how supportive and considerate he is. He meets you exactly where you’re at, never judging, and guides you forward in a way that feels manageable. The check-ins removed all guesswork and kept me accountable with clear structure and support. One moment that really stood out was Día De Los Deadlifts. I pushed myself further than I thought possible, but what meant the most was the community. Seeing my parents celebrated and being part of that energy was incredibly meaningful. The community is welcoming, encouraging, and real, both in and out of the gym. Even on social media, the support feels empowering, not intimidating. Physically, I’m seeing shoulder definition I’ve never had before, and my body is changing in ways that make me proud. Mentally and emotionally, my self-talk has improved, and I’m having more days where I like what I see in the mirror. My mood has shifted, and you can see it. This experience has impacted every part of my life: more energy at work, more confidence in my relationship, and a stronger sense of self-worth. If you’re thinking about working with Leo, ask yourself, what’s stopping you? Nothing changes until you decide you deserve more. This community makes that decision easier. #weightlossjourney #fitness #weightloss

This first pic was taken and captioned by @imaklutzychica , and honestly, it captures the vibe perfectly . These shots from Dia De Los Deadlifts perfectly represent what @makeithappenpt1 stands for. It’s one thing for me to say it, but it hits different when everyone else says it too. When people outside of me can feel it, describe it, and live it even if they’ve never trained here, that’s when you know it’s real. This isn’t a “mean girls” or “boys club.” It’s a family of like-minded people who show up for each other, who cheer when others win, and who remind you that growth isn’t meant to be done alone because at times it takes a village. Every lift and every victory is shared. Around here, one person’s success is everybody’s success. That’s the energy. That’s the culture. That’s what “Make It Happen” truly means. 💪🏾🖤 I’ll say it always with my full chest, name a team doing it better, I’ll wait 😉 #fitness #deadlift #fitfam #mondaymotivation #community

Thank you to everyone who showed up, lifted, cheered, and made this day special. You allow me to do what I love most , build community, honor culture, and deadlift.
