IF SHE LOOKING LIKE THIS ON A THURSDAY… MIND YOUR BUSINESS. 😂🔥

She knows where she’s going.

I❤️HIPHOP. TOMORROW. ❤️🎧

@blaxxtardihandofgod on the controls, HipHop in the speakers, drinks flowing and the people who actually came to have a good time in the room.

Fun fact 🎧: before MCs became HipHop’s superstars, the DJ was the centerpiece of the party. Tomorrow we’re taking it back to that feeling.

⏰😂 OKAY… WE’RE A LITTLE LATE THIS MORNING.

But considering how much noise we made on the timeline yesterday…

we figured we’d let you people breathe. 😭🔥

Good morning, Kingston. ❤️

It’s Wednesday.

Traffic is already doing nonsense.

Work has officially started working.

And somewhere in a group chat somebody just realized…

I ❤️ HIPHOP IS TOMORROW. 👀

And this week we’re running it back with:

🔥 @blaxxtardihandofgod

Back behind the decks after giving us a taste of what he can do the last time around.

If you heard that Meek Mill ➡️ Rick Ross transition we posted yesterday, you already got the warning.

Tomorrow we get the FULL SET. 🎚️🔥

Expect:

🎤 HipHop classics you forgot you knew word-for-word

🔥 New-school records

💣 Trap when it’s time to turn the room up

🇯🇲 Dancehall vocals flipped over HipHop beats

🔄 Remixes, rewinds and those inevitable “PULL IT UP!” moments

But here’s the part we really want people to understand:

I ❤️ HipHop isn’t a museum.

We love HipHop history.

We respect the classics.

But the culture is still being created right now.

🧠 HIPHOP KNOWLEDGE:

One of the DJ’s original roles in HipHop wasn’t simply playing popular records.

It was discovery.

DJs broke new music, introduced crowds to artists they hadn’t heard yet and figured out what worked by watching the reaction of real people in real rooms.

Before streams.

Before likes.

Before algorithms.

The dance floor was the data. 🎚️

And tomorrow night, we’re running the experiment again. 😏🔥

🍽️ @nixkitchenja OPEN LATE

📍 @dulce_lounge

🗓️ TOMORROW NIGHT
🕗 8PM UNTIL LATE

So yes…

We’re a little late this morning. 😂

But we’re right on time for the important part:

24 HOURS UNTIL WE START GETTING READY TO GO OUTSIDE. ❤️🔥

Send this to the person who still hasn’t confirmed they’re coming.

Tomorrow is Thursday.

You know what that means.

Duppy BTS...official images dropping soon!

This is why I have to get on set before everyone else. I'm creating the scene, setting the tone, and coordinating this in nature backed by the elements of wind and earth was magical. Hallin Bank (where most of the images were captured) should be a national treasure or at least a Kingston Treasure.

If you zoom in the last pic, you'll see me in the back on the phone with my darling assistant (@stushbythepound) confirming arrivals.

All images by @daniellehmyers

Once this table was set, I was calmer. The sounds of Kingston traffic, breeze, wind chimes, and rustling leaves from the bamboo plants at Hallin Bank and the shadowsss got me going.

I didn't know @daniellehmyers took these until she sent them after we wrapped. I love them sm!

Can we rewind to 2025 for a quick second?
We hit a huge milestone — shipping from the USA — plus a few supplies with broken glasses (sad face) unexpected visitors at the door (snake included), and lots of laughter through it all.

It was messy and magical, every step of the way.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, laughed, and believed.

2026, let’s GO 🖤

An amazing time at the Ethiopian Orthodox Church in Kingston. The fun started after was painted and the street lights switched on. Two metallic bars popping up from the structure plus the street lights started playing with the artwork adding 2 more brunches at this landscape at night. Then I started playing with my shadows and everything nicely captured by @carlo_less_reviews #urbanart #streetartjamaica #urbancontemporaryart @debzicecream @nicholsonalesha #streetart @ethiopopianorthodoxchurch @carlo_less
