Looking forward to sharing my latest chat with @nick_russian tomorrow night on my @hibornmedia page.

Most will know Nick as the successful businessman & fun-loving ‘night club king’ of Eve Night Club or the boss of Together Events.

He is still the same bloke.

But this time instead of just bringing us epic events, he wants to bring Melbourne back from its knees as the next Lord Mayor.

Tune in tomorrow night to hear all about it, thanks to our sponsor @abacus_melbourne .

Had a great chat with these two legends - @strong founder @ramslegit & @gript owner @drew_westfield today.
They are two of the main people leading the call for the Vic Government to prioritise mental health & class gyms as essential services.
The full video of chat will be posted on the @hibornmedia page tomorrow night.
In the meantime, you can show your support & sign the petition - link in my bio 👊🏽.

And that’s a wrap! 🎬

We have completed our ‘maiden voyage’ which was a 10-week mini series titled The ISO Effect.

A huge thank you to all the legends that made time to chat with us.

Thank you to our 3 generous sponsors - @reunion_co @leightonparkptyltd & @emmaandtoms who supported us and looked after our guest with a gift pack.

Thanks to the talented @inki.prints for our awesome show graphics.

And a big thank to everyone that watched, liked & shared our videos throughout the series, it really does mean a lot to us 🙏🏽. We are stoked with how the series went, but have learnt plenty in the process and look forward to making our next project even better.

Thanks again and stay tuned!

Excited to launch this new mini-series! 🙌🏽 The Iso Effect will be interviews conducted via zoom, focussing on how people have been impacted by isolation, how they are spending their time and what they have learnt from it.

Due to Corona Virus & social distancing we can’t do our interviews as normal. So we are adapting to the situation.

We will speak to sports stars, social media influencers, business owners, physios, personal trainers and every day people so all angles are covered.

A big thanks to our 3 awesome sponsors for making this project even better - @emmaandtoms @reunion_co @leightonparkptyltd your support means a lot! 🙏🏽 And thank you to the talented Kiana at @inki.prints for putting this cool promo together for the show 👏🏽.

A quick grab from @nick.brown89’s chat today with #ReliefRun co-founder @niccyboy just days after he & fellow co-founder @samanthagash presented @redcrossau with a cheque of more than $1.1 Million for the Bush Fire Disaster and Recovery Fund 🙏🏽❤️.

Sometimes when you are chasing a goal you only focus on how far you’ve got to go.

Recently I had a solid 8 weeks dropping 12kg, but the past few weeks, with life being pretty hectic, I lost some of that momentum & naturally have been beating myself up about it.

Today I found a couple of old photos (left & right) from about 12 months ago. Then I realised since then I’ve dropped close to 30kg!

As I prepare for a new week with the focus of getting myself back into gear, it was a solid reminder of the below quote. 💪🏽 “Remember how far you’ve come, not just how far you’ve got to go.
You aren’t where you want to be, but neither are you where you used to be.”

A few flashbacks dropping into 3HA/Mixx FM today to have a chat with Browny... been a while since I worked part time as a 15 year old on a Saturday afternoon.

Big cheers to BMAC for spinning 'She Feels Like Home' on Mixx889!
We always love getting a spin on the wireless but this one was a special one. It's our local FM station out in regional Vic, Hamilton.
Great feeling to hear locals say 'Hey, heard you guys on the radio!'.
So hats off to Mixx FM for supporting local tunes.
Also a shout out to their news man @nick.brown89 for all his support during the tour, truly grateful. #localssupportinglocals #mixxfm #mixx889 #hamilton #3300 #australianmusic #localoriginalmusic #thanks
