This is not traditional Chinese food, you’re going to be treated to dim sum master, co-founder of RedFarm and Executive Chef Ng’s modern take on modern Chinese cuisine with whimsical touches using seasonal ingredients. Here’s a bit about why I put these Wok Star Supper Club events together… started in 2006, I wanted to support Asian chef owned restaurants and introduce you to good Asian food while meeting new friends. PS I won’t be teaching, this is purely a social gathering. I’m mixing people at tables of six to get the social gathering going, so expect to meet new friends. Here are the deets: • $75 INCLUDES tax and tips • 4-course sit down dinner • One complimentary Cold Brewed Lychee Oolong Tea when seated. • Drinks not included • $20 valet or street parking plus plenty of garage parking at Cocowalk (5 minute walk) • 6pm Meet and Mingle, enjoy Asian-inspired cocktails like Birds of Paradise • 4-course, sit down dinner, best paired with Prosecco or ice cold beer You’ll get a rare opportunity to meet Chef Joe Ng and hear Jeff Goldin talk about the history of RedFarm and how it started.
