“I’m proud of you” “Well done” “I love you” Words I’ll never take for granted. This month has really tested me, and I don’t often post when life gets low, but I think it’s important to acknowledge those who keep you going every now and then. Look around and just breathe, your’e not alone. Call a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while. Message a family member who’s been asking how you’re doing. I realise we don’t do that enough, especially if our favourite place to be is our own heads. Get out, see someone, go for a walk with a friend. Talk to a loved one. Thank ya’ll for being awesome.
