Huge bittersweet vibes today as we say goodbye to Michael! Orlando is gaining an absolute legend, and while we’re definitely jealous of the year-round tan he’s about to get, we couldn’t be prouder. 🌴

Michael, we’re so excited for this next chapter of your career. Go crush it in Florida—just don’t forget us when you’re living your best life in the land of palm trees and theme parks! 🎢✨

We’ll miss you, Girlie! Cheers to new beginnings and big moves. 🍻

Joshua Tree 2026. 🌵 Exploring the areas around my new home with incredible people, something I yearn for in my life. As well as celebrating those who have persevered and continued to grow, accepting life on life’s terms.

2024 was quite the year, filled with so many amazing adventures and times spent with family and friends. I wouldn’t have survived without these people, and you all are a part of my life and story. Sobriety has given me so many gifts that I never thought possible. I am looking forward to 2025 and to see where this recovery journey takes me next. As long as I remain Honest, Openminded and Willing I know my life will continue to change for the better. “Keep Moving Forward.”

HUMP DAY WOD! How 'bout them OH squats...am I right?! BTW, if you find OH squats, or A N Y movement/lift we do difficult, ask a coach. They're re available for 1 on 1 coaching & guidance for all our members. Take advantage of their wealth of knowledge to break a movement down & help prescribe specifically designed accessory work for you. Want to improve your mobility? Looking to develop muscular endurance or build up your legs/lungs to hold on to the bar longer for higher reps? Ask your coach for help - it's what they're there for and what open gym hours are set up for. Great effort across the board today, @palm_valley_athletics! Let's keep this momentum going into Murph on Monday. Well done. @palmsprings_promote #palmvalleyathletics #palmvalley #palmvalleycommunity #PalmSprings #functionalfitness #functionaltraining #CrossFit #humpday #wod #airbike #overheadsquats #6roundsfortime #betterfasterstronger #askacoach #accessorywork #mobility #opengym
