It’s hard to know what to say when my heart feels so full. I will miss every person on this team, and I am thankful for all that each of you have taught me. The Barn has been my home for the past three years, and leaving tonight felt just like that; leaving home. I am tremendously excited for what awaits me as Executive Pastry Chef of Blackberry Mountain, and although I can’t wait to make BMTN my new home, y’all down in the valley will always have a piece of my heart. ❤️ #weareblackberry

Yesterday’s chanterelle harvest yielded over 16 pounds of mushrooms. We will use what we can in the restaurant and preserve the rest.
