Prime London agents keep a black book of the suppliers they trust. Getting into it is the hard part. This is what a LonRes Mix and Mingle looks like: a full room of members, and the people they call when a client needs help. Lawyers, surveyors, removals firms, interior designers, flooring specialists, air conditioning installers and more. Our latest sponsors, Burbeck Interiors, Alexander Lyons and Abels, sat down with us to talk about the room. The way in is the LonRes Referrals Directory. List your business and our 5,000+ vetted members can find you. Directory members can also sponsor our events and meet them in person. Know a supplier who belongs in the room? Tag them below. 👉 Link in bio With thanks to @burbeckinteriors, Alexander Lyons and @abelsmovingservices, and to Elliot Bester, Deirdre McManus and Nicholas Illingworth. #PrimeCentralLondon #PropertyNetwork #ReferralsDirectory #MixAndMingle #LonRes

What does is really take to get a Royal Warrant? 👑 Find out, plus so much more: new episode out now... Royalty, Removals, and the Real Meaning of White Glove..#49 @nickabelsconcierge of @abelsmovingservices We speak to a lot of agents in the premium market here on the podcast, but often like to engage with those in closely related industries as there’s lots that can be learned from their perspective on the same market. In this episode, Nicholas Illingworth of Abels shares his insights, from what is arguably the most ‘premium’ removals company in the UK. We get into: • The Royal Warrant, demystified • How discretion is the product • What “white glove” actually means • The “too cheap to trust” story • How much more Abels cost, and why people pay it • Turnkey, taken to the extreme! How recommendations are 85% to 90% of the business • Why agents should care commercially... • Hire for attitude, and the multi-brand lesson We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we enjoyed recording it! Available on all major streaming platforms, link to full YouTube video in my story 🔗

“It’s disruptive, they can’t find things, there’s boxes everywhere and it’s caused a lot of stress.” Boxes everywhere. Nothing where it should be. Sound familiar? 🧐 We caught up with Poppy from Organised Interiors to talk about her work, and why organisation matters so much when you’re moving home. 👆Part one above. Part two coming soon. #TheArtOfMoving #AbelsMovingServices #OrganisedMove #MovingTips #HomeOrganisation

A successful open pent(house) today. 3,000 sq ft inside. 3,700 sq ft of London sky outside. Today I opened the doors to one of Canary Wharf’s most extraordinary penthouses, and the feedback was incredible. £3.25M of rare, real London living. Also, I sat down with the owner to hear the reason why he chose to sell. DM if you know someone who belongs here! @ddre.global @theaddressbyam #luxuryproperty #realestate #penthouse #openhouse

Some open houses are just business. This one felt like a moment. 🏛️ Percy Circus, Clerkenwell. One of London’s best-kept secrets, and today, we opened the doors. 4 bedrooms I 3 bathrooms I 4 reception rooms I 2,750 sq ft of extraordinary space, moments from King’s Cross, Farringdon, and Angel. Listed at £4,000,000 ,and it is worth it. The energy in that room today said it all. This is what I love about this industry. The people. The conversations. The shared excitement around a property that genuinely stops you in your tracks. If Percy Circus is calling your name, you know where to find me. 🔑 #Clerkenwell #DDREGlobal #OpenHouse #propertyforsale #TheAddressByAM

So the big Q, what does luxury relocation actually look like today? It’s no longer just moving boxes from one property to another. It’s discretion.Speed.Global mobility.Managing complex lives behind the scenes. And creating calm in moments that are often anything but. On the latest episode of Anything But Ordinary, I sit down with @nickabelsconcierge from @abelsmovingservices to talk about the evolving world of high-end relocation, from UHNW moves and international transitions to what clients really expect from service in 2026. Because in luxury…it’s not just about where someone is moving to. It’s about how you make them feel whilst they get there. Episode out now( Link in Bio) 🎙️

Thank you so much to @nickabelsconcierge for the invitation to speak at @ibvinternationalvaults this morning. What a fascinating venue and a room full of interesting people. So lovely to feel part of an ecosystem of trusted advisors helping people with their home moves. So many people we are helping at the moment are moving because they need to move. It's financially and emotionally expensive. But with the right team we can elevate the experience into something that feels achievable and doesn't create more stress. If you would like to know how we can help, together, please get in touch. #property #movinghome #homestaging @lemonandlimeinteriors @steve.eakins.currency @david_bydesign @jade.leyens @kyleighschieman @matthews.rea @organisedinteriors @laureninproperty @abelsmovingservices
