April is here and we are not doing it on autopilot.

We are choosing to be intentional.

Our collective keeps growing and it’s the most amazing feeling. I LOVE empowering women to be the mindful rebels they already are. And my collaborators are some badass women who create the ripples society deeply needs. Curious ? Questions? The us is what mental health really looks and feels like. This month is about mindful influence.
How we care for ourselves.
How we show up for each other.
How we choose to engage with the world around us.

From retreat space to creative flow, nervous system care to community action, February invites you to pause, connect, and choose what aligns.

✨ What’s unfolding:
• Mindful Rebel Women’s Retreat in Kona
• Mindful Activism with Dr. Gaby & Jess Johnson
• Watercolor, sound baths, breathwork, Pilates, EFT tapping
• Women’s support spaces, embodied yoga, empowerment self-defense
• Laulima Day, self-love gatherings, and intentional community care

Some events are virtual.
Some are in-person.
All are rooted in presence, choice, and collective nourishment.

You don’t have to attend everything.
Just the ones that feel like a yes.

Community care.
Self care.
Reflection.
Rest.

Come take a pause.
Come care for you.

This is Virtual Embodied Yoga inside the Mindful Rebels Collective. Virtual Yoga classes taught by @nickanani

A practice rooted in awareness, not achievement.
Movement that follows sensation, not expectation.
Space to slow down and actually listen to your body.

Not performative, no expectation or necessary ways to be

This is what it’s like to practice in our community
You in your home space others in theirs
Led with intention
Held with care
And grounded in nervous system safety first

If your body has been asking for slower, gentler, more honest movement
This is your invitation.
One of over 10 offerings every month in the collective

What intentional, mindful social media looks like for ME this small business Saturday morning. This took me solid 90 minutes. Worth every second. Created a save folder of some of my favorite local businesses. 44 business explored and saved. 77 posts saved. Reposted at least 50. Can’t tag everyone. Love each and every one of these humans and the work they produce, the people they serve, the value they create for our world. There are humans behind everything we buy. Contemplate that. Small businesses hold the essence of dream building. They hold hope for their vision. They use their passion to create value in our daily lives. Some offer products, some services, ALL offer LOVE from their perspective. ALL are mindful rebels in my IMHO challenging the status quo, creating the world they want to live in day in and day out. Mahalo peeps grateful to create along side of each of you. Like and share this post or comment other businesses you are grateful exist in our world. @jess.johnsoncoaching @houseofhinu @thesavonhouse @mekealoha_hawaii @uakea.media @studiohaz_ @awake.in.wellness @elleliveaction @empoweryourbrand.hi @malamarituals @waibeauty_ @leftoverloveco @samssocial.agency @domanders @bareculturehi @katiegirl.hairandmu @reetgerman @teammjhawaii @paiges.pretty.patterns @goalgetters.collab #mindfulrebelscollective #smallbusinesssaturday #mindfulconnections #pauseandnotice

It’s been a busy couple of weekends bringing family and friends together to spend time with Ensen before he heads to Seattle for college this month. While we’ll certainly miss him, we know he’ll have so much fun there making new friends and experiencing life and living outside of Hawaiʻi. Not to mention, he’ll always have this support base back home cheering him on. So grateful to this village for all the love and support. Here’s to the next chapter! 🤙🏼
