Nothing quite compares to seeing Bali from the sky. The coastline, the rice terraces, the volcanoes — all laid out beneath you like your own private map.

Mentors are shortcuts to wisdom — they’ve already walked the path, made the mistakes, and found the breakthroughs. With the right one, you collapse years of trial and error into months of growth.

Are you at the mercy of your mind?

When we're not aware of what we're letting into our mind, we run the risk of negatively impacting our belief system.

We must monitor our media consumption in the same way we look at nutrition for our body.

It's easy to look at social media in a negative light - but we have the choice to consume content that empowers us 👊

'If you spend too much time in the past, you're likely to get depressed. If you spend too much time in the future, you're likely to get anxious'

The past helps us understand our patterns.
Having a vision and goals to work toward gives us structure.

But ultimately, the present is where everything happens - and it is through action where we get to where we want to be.

"We need to be ultra-militant and observant on what we're letting in".

Who are you spending your time with?
What story are you telling yourself?
Is the energy positive or negative?

The impact of these over the long-term will have a huge impact on our mind.

Our environment dictates our belief system - which will dictate our actions and therefore our outcome.

We must protect and optimise our environment - and continuously reassess what we're letting in.

When of my favourite things to do is extract the wisdom from other people’s mind and share it. Massive thanks to the legend @misterboulton for the podcast at the @connect.bali launch party.
