MARIA is out this Friday. 🎶🇧🇷
This Brazilian jazz album is one of the most personal things I’ve ever created, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible people who helped bring it to life.
Produced and written with my long-term collaborator @_ankitsuri alongside London powerhouses @riccardodamian @freemonk_thefriarystudios and @milescjames With writing contributions from the talented Canadian multi-instrumentalist and songwriter @nickferrar0
Featuring the incredible voices and talents of @lyndadawn_ @arthurverocai_ and @theocroker . ✨

vibrating with joy to finally announce AQUEOUS, my debut NOVEL 📖 published by @metatronpress AND my second full-length ALBUM 💿 released by @lighterxair - arriving September 4!!!!!!!!! Aqueous is a conceptual literary-musical world - a psychedelic odyssey through the land of queer fantasy and mysticism 🤍

to celebrate, the second single (and sickest song title) off Aqueous - Seasons Change And So Do I Bitch - is out everywhere now!!!! a groovy, cheeky, heart-opening summer bliss banger, manifested by myself @nickferrar0 and Forever, with help from @jaidendavisjones on synth and @michaelsayegh_ in the kitchen. this song has wings 🪽

both Aqueous the LP on 12” clear vinyl and the softcover book are available for pre-order now and… Dear friend, Queer friend, i wish for you to order it!!!! order more than one and gift it to a loved one if you’re abundantly resourced! spread the word far and wide. support queer art! we are the weavers. we are the web. your support is life-giving to all of us who poured five years of deep work and heart energy into this luminous offering. passing the emotional support orb to YOU! pre-order link in my bio. 🦎

Aqueous is my wildest dream come true. 🥹

insane album artwork by @derekbranscombe assisted by @felixedelavaud wearing custom @boof69it and socks from my nanna, May Daisy.

project/team credits, tracklist, and much more coming soon. Aqueous was funded by the @canada.council 🕯️

we were chilling by the lake when Forever started playing these chords on the prophet, summoning us back to jam in symbiosis. for us as a band, experimenting with this song unlocked something special. i encourage you, dear listener, to experiment with Acid Nine as well. ✨
