The look that earned✨8th Place✨ at the @nashvillefitshow, FEEDBACK 📝, FEELINGS ❤️ & WHAT’S NEXT ⁉️ FEEDBACK After Finals, @fotprobecky came backstage to give all the bikini pros feedback and here’s what she said! ⤵️ ✏️ Looked really good; really good from the back ✏️Could have been a touch tighter; specifically in the midsection and glutes ✏️She recognized that we have been trying to strike the perfect balance of full & tight ✏️Definitely full enough, but just a touch tighter ✏️Everything else—nice job! ✏️All the judges loved my make up & said it was beautiful (shoutout to Ashley from @itsteamv! 😘) THANK YOU to Becky for the clear & speedy feedback! 🙏🏼✨ FEELINGS While of course we all compete to win, I know that I learn more from “losses” than “wins” and this weekend was no different! I don’t define falling short of a goal as failure. Failure is when you give up. When I fall short of a goal, then strategize and work to DO & BE BETTER—I view that as progress. I know that it’s important to feel your feelings. I admit, I was bummed and that’s 100% valid. But, I refuse to let that feeling impact my actions, my determination to succeed or how I treat others. Sportsmanship is so important to me and love watching my friends succeed. I will always cheer them on because they EARNED IT. I always respect my fellow athletes, the judges and placings. I know that when I earn it, my friends will cheer for me because they know that when one of us wins, we can all share in the joy and it makes the celebration so much sweeter. Win or lose, I am pursuing my passions and living my dream every single day. This hard work fulfills me and tough competition pushes me to be better. I choose to grow through “losses” because I know that progress is not linear and that I need to keep pushing to realize my true potential. 💯 WHAT’S NEXT? Tomorrow’s outcome is determined by today’s actions! Without today’s actions, tomorrow doesn’t exist… I’m stepping to the world of unknown with excitement and determination. Goals are reaching the starts but focus is on today. Every step counts. I’m sure not to miss one. IFBB PRO stage was absolutely amazing! Girls looks like queens with goddess bodies. It’s a privilege to be there among them. Sometimes I still don’t believe I’m one of them. It actually sounds surreal when I write it… My goal is to be better than myself yesterday, to push boundaries and inspire others. Thank you @joe_pishkula for amazing experience! Thank you @protan_official for the best tan! Thank you @borealisbikinis for beautiful suit! Thank you @astroflav for every single supplement that help with my journey getting here🙌 And lastly big thank you for my coach @kimbooddo @bodybyo who brought me to this stage!!! Let’s make more memories! I’m ready to do it all over again 🙌🙌🙌 Ps. Prep continues 🙃😉 stay tuned #ifbbpro #ifbbbikini #ifbbproleague #ifbbbikinipro #ifbbathlete #ifbbcompetitor #ifbbprobikini #bikinipro #bikinichampion #fitnessmodel #lifestylecoach #fitnessmotivation #getmotivated #bbfitnesscoach #statusfitnessmagazine #statussymbol #statusfitness #publishedmodel #astroflav #arnoldssports #bikinicompetitor
