Still dealing with stiff hips, a stuck shoulder, or persistent neck pain—no matter how much yoga or strength training you do? 🧘‍♀️✨ Join Nicki Silverman (E-RYT, Functional Mobility Specialist & Internal Strength Coach) for ISOLATE TO INTEGRATE: Hips + Shoulders Mobility Workshop at Sanctuary! Instead of just stretching harder, learn the joint mechanics that actually solve restrictions for good. What you’ll gain: 🔹 Usable Range of Motion: Unlock deeper, pain-free movement in your hips and shoulders. 🔹 Stop the Domino Effect: Understand how joint restrictions cause compensation elsewhere. 🔹 Elevate Your Asana: Learn how to integrate mobility work directly into your yoga practice (yes, even that bound side angle!). 🔹 Actionable Tools: Leave with real techniques to keep your joints healthy, fluid, and resilient. Whether you’re looking to break through a plateau in your practice or just want to move through daily life with ease, this workshop is for you. 📍 Where: Sanctuary for Yoga 🗓️ When: Sept 26th 2-4pm 🎟 Space is limited—link in bio to reserve your spot!

What if the thing you love doing is something you’re meant to teach? ❤️‍🔥 For a long time, Ignite was simply a class I loved teaching, but somewhere along the way, it became something more. I started to recognize the pieces that made it Ignite…the way we move, the way we build strength, the way we create connection and most importantly, the way people leave believing in themselves a little more than when they walked in. I knew I wanted to teach others how to create that. Introducing TEACH THE METHOD. A 25-hour immersive weekend designed for current instructors, aspiring teachers and anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of movement…even if you’re not quite sure where it might lead yet. We’ll dive into anatomy (led by @nickisilvermoves ), programming, class design, cueing, practice teaching and the intentional details that turn a workout into an experience. Because I believe exceptional instructors aren’t here just to create harder workouts. We’re here to help create stronger humans. Teach movement. Build confidence. Help people discover their own strength. Because stronger humans create stronger communities. ❤️‍🔥 October 16–18 25-Hour Immersive Weekend Early registration: $555 The first Teach the Method cohort is now open. Space is limited. Visit the link in bio to learn more + reserve your spot. A very special thank you to @shaktipoweryoga @shaktiyogil @hotyogakelly for believing in me, for trusting me to bring Ignite to Shakti and now allowing me to share Teach the Method! I’m honored to be a part of this incredible community they’ve created and so excited to share this part of my heart and soul with you all! 🔥 Every fire starts somewhere.🔥

FlowMaxxing with the Helix Hydra combo. I’m excited to learn the editing to make these things more exciting. And now my life has shifted to a place where I can focus on communicating my ideas. This is just the beginning.

June is here next week, and we’re celebrating ALL month long 🌈✨ So much of what makes Shakti’s community what it is, is how every single person shows up as exactly who they are, and we hope to always be a space where everyone feels welcomed, celebrated, seen, and valued as their beautiful and vibrant selves. This month (and every month!) we’re honoring that spirit in every class, every room, every moment together. Check out everything we have coming up this June and come celebrate with us 🎉 👉 Swipe to see what’s on the calendar!
