Worthy of the work it will require to heal the pain.

My mantra for the past few months. Falling short of the goal and having a literal pain and internal pain follow me around like a dark shadow for the last few months has been tough. I’ve never been hurt before nor have I had those dreaded letters “DNF” as the outcome of a run. But the work doesn’t stop. I have done everything in my power to heal, inside and out . I will make that left turn with my team. Until then, here are some moments of trying to get better, finding joy where I can, and filling my cup along the way. Whoever, needs to hear it, you’re worthy of the work it takes to heal the pain, whether it’s physically or mentally. The work, works.

One of the biggest blessings of my life was falling short of this goal. Not very often can you fail and change the lives of 16 entire families for generations to come. House 1 of 16 almost complete and soon we will get our rematch. But until then it’s build, in more ways than one. @rescue_2000

Just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who stood behind me on this mission.

Whether you donated, shared the story, or followed the journey along the way, every bit of support meant the world to me. Seeing so many people come together all for families here in Bali means more than I could ever put into words.

Because of everyone’s love and support, we’ve now fundraised enough to build over 14 Homes for families living in l poverty across Bali, and we’re not finished yet.

Big shoutout to my brotha @jellyroll615 who pledged to match the final amount fundraised, because of this our impact has now doubled and I’m truly lost for words.

Grateful for every single person who played a part in making this happen, without your love and support none or this would be possible.

Hardest worker I know. Truly inspiring for me and everyone around you to witness the true definition of pushing your body to the absolute limit, daily for the past two months.

I watched you stay locked in, training, fueling, recovering, all for something bigger than yourself. For charity. For people who actually need it. Teaming up with the legends over at @rescue_2000 and turning this into real homes and real impact.

The awareness raised. The money going toward families in need. That was the point of this whole thing, and you accomplished that.

I’ll run more than 15k next time and try to be like that sick dog @this.is.malice
