San Diego, come support an incredible cause with us this Sunday, October 25!

Thanks to everyone who supported our Challenged Athletes Foundation fundraiser earlier this year. We’re excited to keep that support going as our team takes on the duathlon and Stretch Affect leads the recovery zone.

We’ll have Normatec compression and treatment tables ready to help athletes recover after the action.

Come cheer everyone on, stop by the recovery zone, and celebrate the athletes and community that make CAF so special. We’ll see you Sunday!

After shoulder surgery and a background playing hockey, getting full mobility back is important, especially now that golf is a big part of his life.

We’re working on improving his shoulder mobility, building strength through his range of motion, and getting everything moving together so he can get his golf swing back to 100%.

It’s not just about feeling better. It’s about getting your body back to doing the things you love.

Calling all Stretch Affect members. There’s a trophy on the line this month.

Our October Dead Strong Challenge is officially underway, and you have until October 31st to take the top spot.

This time, we’re raising the stakes. The winner will take home the official 2026 Dead Strong Challenge Stretch Affect Trophy and, more importantly, bragging rights until someone can take it from you.

Who’s taking home the trophy?

We spent time at this beautiful resort @twobunchpalms to make sure it was exactly what we needed to create our RESET experience.

Training is great, but it’s even better when you can track your progress with real data.

With @maxrrohn, we’re using technology to measure how he’s moving, establish a baseline, and identify the areas that need the most attention. Instead of guessing what we should work on, we can use the data to help guide his training and see how things change over time.

The goal is to know where you are, know what needs work, and make sure the work you’re putting in is actually moving you forward.

@nickperkinsdpt working with the @reaxingofficial board in combination with @tidaltanktraining to challenge balance, stability, coordination, and control.

The goal isn’t just to get better at an exercise. It’s to build strength and movement that carries over into our clients’ day-to-day lives and helps them move with more confidence.

Everything we do has a purpose, and sometimes adding instability and unpredictability is exactly what the body needs to learn how to adapt.

Max came in to establish a baseline so we can see exactly where he’s at today and track his progress moving forward.

Nick walks through how we use our camera system to measure Max’s movement and range of motion, giving us real data that we can come back to as we continue working with him.

The goal is simple: measure where you are, put in the work, and have the data to see how much you’ve improved.

We love using the @flexvit.band with our clients because training isn’t always about lifting heavier or moving faster. It’s about being able to keep doing the things you love.

For him, that means staying strong and mobile enough to play basketball, stay active, and keep up with his grandkids. That’s what longevity is all about.
