The Setup Vs The Shots 📸🏒 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs shooting for the Carolina Hurricanes @canes 🚨

What’s it like to be a photographer or videographer shooting in the @nhl for a team chasing the Stanley Cup? 🏆
I find out in this months episode of Creators Behind The Content in collaboration with @adobeuk - “I Tried Ice Hockey’s HARDEST job (Sports Photographer) ” 🏒🎥 (link in bio)

Huge thanks to Cato @catocataldo and the entire Carolina Hurricanes organisation for their hospitality! 🙏🏼

Swipe for more images, including some insane goal cam and cat walk shots at the end 👀 Which is your favourite?? ✌🏼🏒🇺🇸

🎓 Alumni Spotlight: Nick Spina ’23

Scroll to see clips from Nick’s work with #maristhockey and his current project with @canes ➡️ 🎥 🏒

Nick’s time with Marist Hockey not only jump-started his passion for storytelling but also laid the foundation for his career at the highest levels of professional hockey. In his own words, working with Marist gave him “early reps” that helped prepare him for roles at Division 1, then the AHL, and now his current work in the NHL.

During his Marist years, Nick built meaningful relationships with players and staff, learned to produce high-quality content, and embraced the art of learning from mistakes. His experience producing The Future Is Now documentary revealed his love for storytelling, a passion that continues to drive his work today.

Now, as a Video Producer with the Carolina Hurricanes, Nick carries forward the lessons he learned from his Red Fox roots.

Thank you, Nick, for representing Marist with excellence, drive, and heart. ❤️🦊🏒
