Happy 50th to my beautiful sister, @hirgrl4life!! It’s hard to put into words what you mean to me. you’re not just my sister, you’re a piece of my heart, someone who has been a part of my story from the very beginning. We’ve shared childhood memories, laughter, tears, heart ache, and moments that you and I could only truly understand. I’m grateful for every memory, every conversation, every hug and every time you were there for me when I needed you. Watching you turn 50 makes me realize just how quickly it has gone. If I could go back in time, I would tell the little girl we once were to laugh a little longer, hold on a little tighter, and treasure every little moment…. Because one day those moments would become the memories we’d hold closest to our hearts! 💕. I prayed for this day. Every. Single. Day. For over a year. I prayed for the schools to open their doors. I prayed for the students to open their minds. I prayed for the brands to believe in the vision and say YES. I prayed for the speakers to share their stories and pour into this industry. I prayed for the right people to come together for something bigger than all of us. And then I stood in that room… and watched the prayer become REAL. Over 1,000 people. Students. Beauty professionals. Educators. Brands. Leaders. All under one roof, believing that we can make this industry stronger. There were so many moments when I didn’t know HOW it was all going to come together. But I kept praying. I kept believing. I kept going. And God kept opening doors. From Chair to Boss Live was never just an event to me. It was a prayer. A vision. A mission. And that day, I got to stand inside something I had prayed for. God… THANK YOU. And to every school, brand, speaker, student and beauty professional who said YES you were part of the answered prayer. This is only the beginning… Thank you @kanesworldtv for making this video💕
