Can’t believe we’re already halfway through the 5-day chanting & philosophy course with Lakshmishji…
Part of me wishes life could always feel like this.
These days have been filled with joy and deep learning.
Lakshmishji makes reading and spelling Sanskrit—something that once felt intimidating—so engaging and even fun.

The learning space has been so special—
sitting together on the floor, surrounded by notebooks, cushions, papers everywhere…
We’re chanting, writing, sometimes laughing out loud, sometimes falling into a peaceful silence.
There’s a real sense of togetherness—each of us on our own journey, yet learning side by side.
One thing that touched me deeply:
Both of my yoga teachers, Nick and Katia—though already very familiar with Vedic chanting—still show up with full humility and curiosity.
They listen to every class, do every exercise, and chant each syllable alongside us students.
When they encounter something unfamiliar, they ask questions with the openness of true beginners. It reminded me of the words:
“Always be a student.”
It’s in moments like this that I truly feel the power of lineage, the spirit of Mysore, and the kind of teaching that leads by example—quietly, sincerely, and with heart.

I returned to Italy after a very intense and at the same time beautiful week spent in Mysore together with my dear friends to honor our dear master SHARATHJI with tears, memories and laughter.
There was a profound need to be close and share the emotions, the feelings that this sudden passing of SHARATHJI aroused in all of us. Disbelief, deep sadness, sense of lack, desire to remember the beautiful moments spent together with our dear SHARATHJI created a great story in which everyone could be a piece of that story. Wonderful family - yoga is family!

The funeral rituals were very powerful, SHARATHJI’s family was fantastic despite the great pain in welcoming us for the last farewell, I feel so much gratitude for Shruthi, Shraddha and Sambhav.

SHARATHJI is not physically here but his smile, his teachings, his gaze are always present and I will continue to teach as I have always done, honoring his figure and Yoga as best I can.
Without SHARATHJI’s presence a void was created that no one was prepared for but I am confident in the process that will lead to a new configuration and I know that I will return to Mysore in January and February to practice in SHARATHJI’s Shala to honor his teaching.

And now full steam ahead with the appointments for December and those to come 🥰🙏🏻
