POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Funny enough, Luca was my very first client, back in 2017.

We grew up together 🇦🇷, and I used to chop his hair off in the backyard during summer. Simpler times.

Then life happened. We went our separate ways, and somehow, here we are again, sharing life in Rainhagen 🇩🇰

Today, I’m lucky enough to have him back in my chair, not just as a client, but as one of my best friends ❤️

I will always say that I’d love to have a new service that involves only the fringe.

The fringe is one of the first things we notice when we look at someone’s face. It frames the face, and just 5mm longer or shorter can make a huge impact. How dense it is, how bold or textured it looks…
Anyway, I’ll stop now.

We’ve been working on something new.
An approach to barber education in the old fashioned way: learning by doing, understanding the craft, and developing your skills in a real salon.

No online classes, no video calls, no shortcuts, just hands on education.

Soon you will hear more..

¡Vamos Argentina! Que el corazón juegue como siempre. 🇦🇷 @nico.contee 🫶🏼

A haircut is usually the reason people walk through the door.

It’s rarely the reason they come back.

Coffee.
Conversations.
A dog asking for attention.
A cold drink from the fridge.
And somewhere in between, a fresh haircut.

Four years ago we opened a barbershop.

The goal was simple:

Create a place we’d actually want to spend time in ourselves.

Good hair.

Good coffee.

Good conversations.

No rush.

No pressure.

Just an hour away from emails, meetings and whatever else the week throws at you.

Of course the haircut matters.

But if you’ve been coming here for a while, you know it’s never been only about that.

That’s what we’re trying to build here.

I first started cutting Johannes’s hair, and after a while he asked if he could bring his son along too.

We don’t usually cut kids at Andes, but every now and then we make an exception.

The first few appointments, he barely said a word. Just sat quietly in the chair while his dad and I talked.

Over time, things changed. We started talking about music, hobbies, what he likes, what he doesn’t like, and how he wants his hair to look. Little by little, he became more comfortable and started showing more of his personality.

It’s a nice reminder that trust isn’t built in a single appointment. It happens over time.

And honestly, it’s one of my favourite parts of this job. Not just seeing a great haircut come together — the mullet, the texture, the personality behind it — but getting to be a small part of the routines and memories that fathers and sons create together.

Thanks for the beers too, Johannes! 🍻
