Thank you to everyone who came out Sunday morning to move, remember Tina and support the Tina Hinojosa Scholarship Fund.

Seeing all the yogis gathered in her name really meant a lot to me. Some of you knew Tina, some knew her through our stories and some just came to support the community. I was grateful to have all of you there.

Thank you to everyone who practiced, donated, shared a memory, helped out or simply showed up. There was no pressure to give, which made everyone’s generosity feel extra special.

I’m sure Tina was looking down with a smile as we all moved together on that cold, cloudy Sunday. I’ll never forget the energy, the vibe and that perfectly timed goose flyover as we came out of savasana.

It was a really special morning for our dear friend Tina. 🙏.

(I tagged as many as I could feel free to let me know if I missed you i can tlwrite you in)

Nothing excites me more than seeing a historic home get an incredible renovation.

I had the opportunity to tour this home before the work was done, and when I went back yesterday, I was completely blown away.

The kitchen was moved to the back of the house, they added an arched entryway, and the floors are amazing. The herringbone detail in the kitchen completely elevates the space, along with the island, the statement stove, and all of the finishes.

The lighting throughout is fabulous too. Some of the original fixtures were reused, while other pieces were added that tie in beautifully with the character of the home.

Walking up to this house truly feels like stepping into a storybook.

What I love most is that they kept the architectural integrity of this American Gothic Revival, built in 1845, while giving it a complete refresh. You just don’t see homes built like this anymore, and every detail feels special — especially those windows. They’re stunning.

The owner, who is also a real estate agent, worked with her childhood friend, an incredibly talented interior designer, on the renovation. The ultimate dream team, and it shows.

Located in Precinct One in Dedham, the setting and location are hard to beat.
