Evo Classic 2026

...und damit auch das Ende meiner ersten Wettkampfsaison 🥹

7 Starts bei 6 Wettkämpfen innerhalb von 5 Wochen 😁

Bei der Evo hat es nicht für eine Platzierung gereicht, aber nach so vielen Wettkämpfen hintereinander war das auch nicht mehr meine Bestform
Trotzdem war es ein unbeschreibliches Gefühl, auf dieser großen Bühne zu stehen und ein letztes Mal für diese Saison alles zu geben.

Ich bin so unendlich dankbar für die vielen Momente, die ich dieses Jahr erleben durfte.
Die Bodybuilding Bühne hat mich in ihren Bann gezogen und wird mich definitiv wiedersehen 😁

Aber nicht nur die Bühne selbst, sondern auch die vielen Menschen und Erinnerungen auf dem Weg dorthin haben einen Platz in meinem Herzen gefunden ❤️

Team Next Generation Transformation von unserem Prep Start Mai-Juni zur German Championships der @pca_germany am 03.10.2026 in Vallendar🇩🇪🏆

@pumping.pumuckl Ich denke ich kann für uns beide sprechen wenn ich sage, dass die Prep durch eine super Planung echt super entspannt verlaufen ist.
Für mich war es bereits die insgesamt dritte Wettkampfdiät und diese Vorbereitung war für mich bei weitem die produktivste und die letzten 2 Wochen ausgenommen auch die mit abstand entspannteste.
Das Peaking zu den Shows war auch erste Sahne🧑‍🍳😮‍💨

Bin suuuper happy im Team zu sein und freue mich mega auf das was noch kommt!😁🙂‍↕️

Recap @pca_germany & @anbf_natural_bodybuilding

PCA:

@tomstoermer did his final show of the season and dominated Classic Physique with ease 🥇- would have won Bodybuilding too as he beat the winner in Classic already but I think they wanted to see more athletes in the overall so he placed 🥈 in Bodybuilding.

@nils.nks also did his final show of the season and placed 4th in Junior Bodybuilding. Prep was really hard for him as it was his first season working with me and first time getting into actual stage condition too.
He managed it well but the mind doesn‘t allow to go for more shows so we stop here and recover.

@pumping.pumuckl proved that his placing at the @pca_netherlands wasn‘t coincidence and placed 🥈 in Junior Bodybuilding.

@jan.krueger_ jumped into the show 6 weeks out to his planned shows and straight up won Novice Bodybuilding 🥇 and placed 🥉 in Open Class.
We presented a good look but obviously have some condition to push for the planned shows.

ANBF:

@sim_kai22 got first callout in the champions league of Natural Bodybuilding. His conditioning stood out again and helped him to beat more muscular guys.

@3mm.yk placed 7th in Figure Open in her first season and as a junior 👶🏼 very proud!!!

Cedric (no Insta) presented a good mix of condition and fullness but just wasn‘t muscular enough to keep up in Bodybuilding Open Class which is totally fine.

Big shoutout to @nicolaslamparth for an awesome job in Austria - without you all of that wouldn‘t be possible! 🤞

We move on to German Newcomer and Southern Germany Championships this weekend.

Weider Classic - Recap:

Mens Phyisque:

True Novice: 🥇

Open Class B: 4th 🏅

Bikini:

Open Class C: 🥇
Overall: 🚔 stopped us 🤷‍♀️

Just 11 month after placing 🥈 at @evoclassic.de and 🥇 at @gnbf_ev Matthias did his first NPC show.

We added 9kg of stage weight and delivered the best conditioning of the show.
From the front Matthias is very hard to beat we just need a little more back to fight for the Pro Card.

We will do a little rebound phase now before we gonna do some pro qualifiers at the end of the year.

Matthias‘ potential is crazy we just need a little more time.

@nicolaslamparth did all his posing so it was teamwork as per usual!

Eventho we competed at some shows together it was the first time I saw Klara on stage.
I knew she would be good otherwise you ain‘t gonna be in the overall at pro qualifiers but I was kinda surprised how good she actually is.
Pure dominance in Class C - wide clavicles paired with a small waist and good thigh ins.
I honestly think with a little more size in upper glute and leg department she will be a very good pro soon.

Just to make sure - I‘m not prepping her but maybe the tan and my affirmation helped a little 😃

Will post a YouTube video tomorrow to explain why the show was stopped.

GBA Legacy Championship 2026

6. Platz bei einem stark besetzten Teilnehmerfeld in Sankt Leon-Rot.

Damit bin ich nur knapp an den Finals vorbeigeschrammt. Natürlich wären die Top 5 schön gewesen – trotzdem bin ich mit meiner Leistung und dem Weg bis hierhin sehr zufrieden.

Weekend recap @gnbf_ev & @gba_ev

@3mm.yk after almost 3 years of working together Emely stepped on stage for the first time and was immediately competetive. In two big classes of 12 athletes she secured a top 3 placing in the Figure Open division and also a 4th place in the Figure Newcomer division as a junior.
She dropped 20kg within the prep and we still managed to bring a very good mix of fullness and condition.
Especially her presentation stood out - big thanks to @_alexa_boss 🤞

@semino.gym helped me to be awake after an awful night because he forgot his starting number. Sometimes I really want to shake him but he just turned 19y old - so it‘s okay 👶🏼
As a teen he beat many much older athletes and placed top 4 in 4 classes overall.
He could have placed even higher if he would have invested some time in his posing routine as it‘s judged in Classic Physique division.
His condition was absolutely outstanding tho - very special at that age!

@jonas.1900 managed to get a top 5 placing in Mens Athletic Open division - as he is missing some size we need to be a little more conditioned to place higher.
Thats what we are working on.

Cedric (no Instagram) also made his stage debut. We could have been a little harder eventho condition was very good.
I aimed to bring a symmetrical look to the stage cause if we pushed harder his legs started to fade. At the GNBF condition and muscle mass was way more judged compared to balance - lesson learned we gonna be even sharper at his next show.

@sim_kai22 made his stage debut at the GBA on the same day. In an incredible strong class he managed to beat a lot more muscular athletes due to his perfect conditioning and placed 6th. I think that was a 10/10 peak over there.
@nicolaslamparth really helped him a lot and the communication was perfect!

A big thank you to our athletes for supporting the team @pumping.pumuckl @yara_slr @matten.pollmann and especially to @growingklara for helping me a lot being one week out! ❤️

We move on to Weider Classic and INBA Netherland next weekend.

Bei den ganzen Wettkämpfen aktuell kann man nur Bock bekommen wieder auf die Bühne zu gehen..😮‍💨

Ich sage euch wie es ist, eigentlich hätte ich Bock auch nächstes Frühjahr direkt schon wieder zu starten- aaaaber das wird nicht zum Ziel führen.

Progress braucht Zeit & genau das ist ein Part den viele (ich sicherlich nicht ausgeschlossen) gerne mal im Kontext Progress/ Bodybuilding überspringen wollen.

Wie dem auch sei- wir machen weiter Offseason und dann aber allerspätestens im Herbst 2027 mit ein paar kg‘s mehr ‼️

@pumping.pumuckl did his first show ever. He straight up dominated juniors & first timers and placed 🥈 in novice class as well. Presentation and condition were outstanding.
Working with Alex is super easy - his work ethic is high, he is very good at giving feedback and got the right people around him.

@nils.nks placed 4th in juniors and 5th in open class.
At only 21 years old he still has a lot to learn especially in terms of putting his energy into the right places and not destroying himself in the gym every time but we are working on that. 😃😃
He also did a perfect prep and has a lot of frame to fill - I‘m 100% sure he has a big future ahead of him.
We gonna push condition a little more for the upcoming shows.

@marius_stuertz placed 2nd in open class and only got beaten by the overall champ and new PCA Pro - it was a really close battle.
I think Marius kinda lost the belief in himself due to his last season and I definetly think he took some suboptimal decisions last few years which lead to some issues.
We are only working together for 4 weeks now and obviously could not totally fix the issues but we are able to showcase a glimpse of his potential.
I honestly think he can be so much better, his frame is crazy, his lats are coming straight of his glutes and the overall mass in the upper body is pro level.
If he works on the issues he gonna surprise himself.

@jonas.1900 did an early season opener. The natural shows are coming up next few weeks and we definetly have some more condition to push.
Apart of that Jonas presented himself very well and I love seeing him on stage because you can feel the joy.
He placed 6th in classic so he beat a more muscular athlete in an untested federation.

Overall @nicolaslamparth and me are really happy with the showings and move on to @gba_ev & @gnbf_ev next weekend.
