🎥 My multitasking skills , filming while driving, walking, talking, eating and laughing , could definitely use some improvement… but in the end it’s the memory that counts. And this one was on another level.

Chef Marius leads the brigade here, and he more than delivered on every expectation. I’ll dive deeper into the dishes later, but in this video you’ll find some highlights: thrilling and perfectly paced amuses, langoustine cooked to absolute perfection with an outstanding bisque, and of course a Champagne moment @krugchampagne alongside the stunning Blanc de Blancs from Abelé 1757, a house that was new to me and such a surprise.

To finish, the iconic Dame Blanche, reimagined in a way that was pure, poetic and simply beautiful. ✨

Chef Marius , it was a pleasure speaking with you. Your passion and focus truly shine through your cuisine. Thank you, and definitely à bientôt…

Ps, your choice of music was great! That’s why I choose Tina…
