These beauties! Omg I love these ladies! Finally got a chance to celebrate our marathons and training and all those hours spent together trying not to die. They are delights and bad influences as evidenced by items 2 and 3, your honor.

Today’s 17 mile run.... what can I say? It was actually a good run. It wasn’t easy, it didn’t feel good, and it took forever- but it was a good run. I know that sounds weird, but runners will get it. I was beyond honored to spend time with the lovely ladies that have become a squad during this cycle. They keep me going.
Today- we showed a giant corporation what true beauty is- sweaty, tired, smiling thru it all- a kick ass beauty! take that Sephora!! Plus a bonus picture of a full river, which is super rare.

Started my day with a scenic but brutal hill breakfast, followed by many more up & down & up again miles- but all made better by my lady squad of warriors. Loved my group today- we all were equally hating yet determined. I had to super rush off at the end cuz I was late for day stage 2, but super proud of all of us for sticking out a very long 13.7 miles that was supposed to be 14 but I’m not going past my car after all that cuz that’s just dumb. @ffburbank

Today run was 15 miles (gps said 14.76, but I don’t even care cuz I was DONE) and a VERY TOUGH route. Thankfully I was surrounded but wonderful motivating ppl- most of which I didn’t get pictures of cuz I was trying not to die. But we covered enough ground and elevation that my shirt was salty AF when I finished. But the real winning shirt was brought by @kezoraster
Special shout out to my partner in pacing @drawn.with.sol who feels my pain. Sometimes literally. Keeping her going kept me going. Run buddies make it easier. .
Bonus best part was seeing the pride filled tears of runners finishing the longest distance of their lives. That never gets old.
Thanks to @ffburbank for the program, but I never want to run that route again. Seriously

Today’s marathon training run was a bit soggy but not bad, definitely boring, and full of good people- especially the adorable NM who mentored the mentor today. My endurance was shot and I was in the wrrroong headspace and this lovely lady got me through. Chatting w her made everything better. Another one done w @ffburbank and the determined group of runners.
Featuring appearance by Triscuit the wonder pup!!

Man, I really don't know what to say right now. I'm going to miss every single person in this photo and not in this photo. Thank you everyone for all the memories here! I promise to never forget them. It's been a long journey here, and I guess it's time to take the next step. I'm not really going to be going away, I'll always be here with you guys! This will always be my home because this is where you are. From all the good times and bad, I don't regret a single moment. Thank you again for being a part in my life. I Love You. I'll Miss You. And I wish the best for everyone's futures. Keep on keeping on guys. - Sean (signing out)

Before you said you were mine I was yours already
Everyday with you is a blessing times many
Almost 18 months later and I still get nervous
Been through so much & all of it was worth it
Your obsession with cats, cause your smile is purrrfect
Your mind so beautiful heart not far behind
Everyday with you so amazing I wish I could rewind
Not a believer in god but I believe in heaven and hell
Cause I know an angel when I see one, & when I first saw you I could tell
One day your left hand will be way too heavy
The rock will big so big you'll have trouble keeping steady
Nothing in the world means more to me
Than seeing you happy & the cause being me
Always having you by my side
I will be your rock & you be mine ❤
