WHAT CAN BE DONE IN 12 WEEKS? 👀🔥

Here are 3 examples of exactly what can happen when you give yourself just 12 weeks of consistency 🪄

All 3 of these women have actually been coached by me for much longer than 12 weeks… two of them for over a year✨

But I wanted to pull out ONE 12-week block from each journey to show you just how much can change in that timeframe 📈

For Hannah and Nicole, these were actually their FIRST 12 weeks with me🤌🏼

LCW Half marathon ☑️

Unbelievable vibes what a day, some hills on that course!😮‍💨 amazing support coming through on that red carpet💪🏼 30th out of 1119 runners, wasn’t planning on racing it due to Swansea Ironman 70.3 coming up in 2 weeks so happy with the result👌

26lbs down and we’re still improving 😍🔥

The best part? This wasn’t built through perfection.

A month of travelling, meals out, disrupted routines… and still came back in a great position because we focused on building sustainable habits rather than chasing quick fixes.

That’s what creates long-term results. Not being “on plan” 100% of the time, but having the habits and mindset to stay in control when life happens.

What an insane 12 weeks with this one 😮‍💨

Over 20lbs down…
And the craziest part?

This is the leanest and lightest she’s EVER been —
After working with multiple coaches before me.

When I first heard the news about the MainStage while I was in Copenhagen, I was in disbelief: “What? No way.” But feeling positive and optimistic, I believed in the production—and somehow, they managed to reconstruct a new stage in time for the festival to resume.

I knew that if any music festival and production team could pull that off, it would be Tomorrowland. The MainStage has always been the focal point for why people attend, but this year proved that it’s not only the stage—it’s the people and the love for music that unites us.

I am forever grateful. Thank you, Tomorrowland—see you soon.
