✨2-3 Tier Salt Hangers✨

Handmade from organic cotton twine - each hanger holds approx. 3 inch spheres made entirely out of Himalayan sea salt!

#HimalayanSeaSalt is loaded with health benefits. It purifies the air, eliminates allergies, fights bacteria & fungi, helps regulate sleep, improves mood, boosts blood circulation, decreases stress & #anxiety, reduces migraines, the list goes on! That’s why I love to keep these hung up by my bed.

If you’ve ever heard of #halotherapy this is it! ✨

✨New Arrival: The Cordelia Macrame✨

CORDelia means “daughter of the sea.” 😉

My good friend @juliedawson_ helped to inspire me for this one! She found a cool photo on Pinterest and I switched it up and added my own little twist to it. It took me 2.5 hours to make and is approx 27 inches long. It hangs from a 39 inch piece of driftwood sourced from the beaches of California. Enjoy!

Available now on my website & Etsy. Link in bio☀️

Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️with Bea 2 days to 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣1️⃣ counting down!!

(Sanskrit) Eka Pada Pincha Mayurasana
(EN) One Legged Feathered Peacock Pose

Today we continue to celebrate Dharma Yoga sequence by bringing you one new pose a day!

Two more days before we officially welcome 2021! Have you guys got any New Year’s eve plan? This year it has been a challenging year for a lot of us, that of course includes me and my better half. In the middle of Pandemic, we’ve managed to quit jobs we loved(?), move countries, apply for one of the hardest residence permits on earth and learning new language and move apartments. I am also immensely happy as I am surrounded by people who always push me to be a better version of myself. So whichever comes next year, I am ready!

Eka Pada Pincha Mayurasana is the variation form of our 34th post. It is also a forearm balance which requires you to engage with the back & abdominal muscles and further testing your alignment.

I would like to thank my dharma sisters and my better half and my friends & families in Taiwan and Denmark. Without you guys, I don’t think I will be able to pull it off for this 100 days yoga update project.

But I hope you like the update today! We continue to celebrate Dharma Yoga and see you tomorrow one last time!

Eka Pada Pincha Mayurasana
