Vancouver + Montreal dump!

It was so fun being in these cities and not working - getting to be a tourist and explore the cities in ways I haven’t before! I shed a lot of tears leaving both these places and had a full meltdown on the plane home - my plane neighbour must’ve been like WTF 😂🤪

I used to be able to go years without going home and be okay, but as I get older it gets so much harder! It’s been 11 months since I was last home and although seeing everyone it felt like no time had past at all, it also felt like such a long time to not have my feet grounded at home! My heart goes out to everyone who lives far far away from « home » and makes it work! 🤍🤍🤍 It’s something most people will never understand…

@lululemon Summer Series!

Week 1 kicked off with a freakin BANG. After being rained out on our official week 1, our debut with Tara from @uphoriayoga was monumental.

About 200 people showed up on the Pier in North Vancouver; all wanting to feel good in the bodies and in their minds. Being on the pier doing yoga was a calming serotonin release that is much needed during our busy lives.

Summer Series is probably my favorite thing about being a part of the Lululemon fam. I was hyped about it starting and it did not fail to even EXCEED expectations.
