🙏 FREE COMMUNITY CLASSES THIS WEEKEND! 🙏

Join us Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15, from 2:30-3:30 p.m. as @abi_incolor and @nicoledolo lead free heated Vinyasa 1 classes!

We’re holding two Free Community Classes every weekend through April 5, led by our December 2025 YTT grads. This is a fun and accessible way to explore our studio and support our newest teachers as they step into leading classes. If you’d like to give back, we’ve partnered with six local organizations approved by our grads. See our Story for more info and donation links.

MEET THE TEACHER

Welcome! My name is Nicole Iandolo and I’m so excited to be able to share the yoga that has become such a huge part of my life with you. I began practicing yoga in 2022 as a counter activity to boxing, another new hobby I picked up in that year that was beginning to put a strain on my body. I was living in NYC and had just quit my corporate accounting job to take an amazing remote opportunity that allowed me to find a new home in San Diego. I immersed myself in the yoga culture here and soon learned that yoga was much more than the stretching and calmness for my body, but also the stretching and calmness for my mind. The practice allows me to align my mind and body with the divine energy that flows through all of us. It builds strength in the body and fortifies our mind through the discipline of practicing. I’ve had amazing teachers along the way that inspire me to constantly dive deeper into my practice and share it with others. Let’s flow together!
