The habits that changed my life weren’t built through perfection or overnight…they were built through practice and showing up repeatedly.

Through slowing down enough to listen to my inner whispers and my body’s wisdom. Choosing movement that supports me and feel good in my body (it looks different each and everyday and I honor my energy.) Nourishing my body without restriction. Protecting my energy and attention. Spending more time outside, creating, learning, connecting, and living in rhythm with the seasons of my body and my life. Some days, these habits look like yoga, journaling, gardening, or cooking a nourishing meal. Other days, they look like putting my phone away, asking for support, resting without guilt, or simply choosing not to abandon myself. I love my healing modalities and all the medicine that has allowed me to find peace when my nervous system needs regulating.

For a long time I thought I really needed to be doing more and pushing myself harder but I’m learning that transformation and change comes from softening, listening, trusting, and returning home to yourself again and again.

There is no one-size-fits-all path. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and remember that you are allowed to create a life that feels aligned, joyful, nourishing, and completely your own.

🌀 Comment a spiral emoji if you’re looking for examples of how I practice each of these habits or you’d be interested in seeing me expand on them. I want to help our collective and community heal and find more peace, that’s all!
