Please… tell me I’m not the only one… who suddenly freezes the moment the Send button pops up.

I’ll feel good about the email… and then right before I send it, I start questioning everything.

Is this helpful?
Does it sound weird?
Should I rewrite the whole intro?
Will anyone even read this?

But here’s the funny part…

The last email I almost talked myself out of sending ended up getting the sweetest replies and even brought in new work. So clearly my second-guessing is not a reliable source.

If you’re staring at your draft wondering if anyone wants to hear from you, they do.

Your people signed up because they actually LIKE you.

Take a breath.
Trust your words.
Hit send.

You might be surprised what comes back.

You don’t need to spend thousands of 💵 on products to feed your baby!

A lot of new parents think they need a long list of STUFF to feed their little ones.

But that’s not true!

Here’s what I know - you CAN feed your baby in a way that actually feels sustainable, reassuring and successful.

Here are the things you should consider instead of products:

1️⃣ Mamas Milk Club
Invest in professional support! Our milk club gives parents instant access to our lactation consultants for real time answers to their feeding questions - even before baby arrives! Feel confident that you are choosing the best pump, bottle, or nipple cream and SAVE because you won’t be buying again and again!

2️⃣ Take a Class!
Our Breastfeeding 101 class is a great way to learn all the important foundation pieces to start feeding on the right path! And you’ll get all the tips on the products you ACTUALLY need verses the ones that are just trendy 😏

3️⃣ Lactation Consultations with an IBCLC - sometimes covered in full by your insurance!
Let a professional guide you with feeding recommendations tailored specifically for YOU and YOUR baby! This is the best gift you can get yourself (or gift to someone else!)

Message us @breastfeed_oc anytime to learn the actually secrets to success - hint: it’s not one magic product!

Comment MILK below and I’ll send you a discount (yes we love savings!) on any of the above ⬆️

I remember the days I told others, “It won’t be anything big…” Then that turned into, “This wasn’t supposed to be my full-time job… and look what God did.” Well, God corrected me in my thought process this year… This was alwaysss supposed to be my career. I’m the one who didn’t think it could be - when He knew all along I’d be here… when the time was right. Crying because I get to provide for my family by providing yours with incredible memories like these. Thank you to the Ialeggio family for inviting me back to document the days of tossing rocks + little boots.

This is hands down the best thing I’ve ever helped my clients implement.

When they start sending consistent emails, they’re always surprised at how much it changes the way they stay connected and grow their business.

Most of them used to just hope people remembered them, but this small shift keeps them top of mind and builds real trust.

It’s one of the first things I walk clients through inside my Email Starter Pack, and the ripple effect is always bigger than they expect. If this resonates, I share practical and proven steps like this every week.

Let’s be clear: I don’t do surface-level coaching.
I help women break patterns, let go of old stories, and step into the version of themselves they’ve been craving. 🌟

If you’re ready to stop chasing and start attracting… this is your sign.
Coaching with me is not for the faint of heart—it’s for the woman who knows she’s made for more.

✨ Message me today and let’s talk about your transformation.

I forgot that you existed… and I thought letting go would kill me.
But it didn’t. It freed me. ✨
That’s the thing about people-pleasing—when you stop doing it, you realize you never needed their approval to begin with.

🔥 The 5 things that changed it:

I stopped treating mindset like a side hustle. (Because it’s everything)
→ I made it my main thing … not something I’d get to when I had time.
I started acting like the version of me I was trying to manifest.
→ Showing up, dressing, and making decisions from her perspective.
I stopped chasing, and I started allowing.
→ Instead of obsessing about the how, I focused on the who I was becoming.
I surrounded myself with support and like-minded people.
→ Coaches, mentors, and women who reminded me who TF I was when I forgot.
I let go of the timeline.
→ The universe doesn’t care about my deadlines. When I released control, doors started opening.
Everything shifted when I stopped fighting for the old version of me and started becoming the new one. If you’re in that ‘it’s not working’ place right now… maybe you don’t need to DO more. Maybe you just need to BE more. (AKA shift how you’re doing it)

And if you’re ready to stop saying “what the hell just happened” and start saying “holy sh*t, this is my life”… let’s work together. 💫
